搬左嚟大水坑2星期,最近有新發現原來大水坑村有幾間泰國餐廳,今日點指兵兵揀咗一間泰國人開嘅,真係好lucky🍜「泰國牛肉船河」呢個冷冷哋嘅天氣食碗船河就滿足哂❤️湯底真係好有泰國味道,湯底濃郁令人回味,特別要讚一讚肉丸,爽彈有口感,相信係手打‼️🦐「泰式咖喱炒蝦」泰式咖喱係比較稠身,用嚟配蒜蓉包最yummy蝦隻用咗大頭蝦,餐廳落足本蝦膏非常澎湃,甘甜鮮香,最終啲咖喱唔捨得浪費,拎返屋企撈飯食「馬拉盞炒椰菜苗」 continue reading

住咗喺馬鞍山咁多年,其實真係未試過去一啲村屋內的食肆。難得約埋成班中學同學去食😄,當然就要懷舊一下啦⋯⋯(5⭐️最高)串燒沙嗲(雞、豬、牛)(5⭐️)三款肉質都各具特色, 我比較喜歡牛🐮及豬豬🐷。兩兩者肉質較為Juicy,亦都好有咬口,加埋秘製沙嗲醬、超滋味…🤤蒜蓉炒椰菜苗(5⭐️)椰菜苗真的比較少食, 利用蒜蓉炒原來都幾爽甜可口👏🏻泰式豬肉肉碎生菜包(5⭐️)以往食生菜包,肉碎部份都比較辣。今次揀選了走辣🥰效果一樣咁Juicy,多汁。菠蘿海鮮炒飯(5⭐️)比較欣賞這一款,當中含有腰果、肉鬆是傳統菠蘿海鮮炒飯嘅配料👍🏻。當中的海鮮包括咗有蝦、青口等。菠蘿味鮮甜可口,一啲都唔酸而炒飯亦都唔會太油,好滋味呀💕~泰式椰汁西米糕(5⭐️)好特別的一個甜品上邊面層的嘢汁糕,但有少少鹹味,而西米糕亦都加了有香芋粒💋,好有特色。泰式奶茶(5⭐️)香濃幼滑👍🏻龍眼冰(5⭐️)勁多龍眼肉、好抵飲呀⋯⋯😂 continue reading

今晚同老公近近地,去左馬鞍山果邊村屋食晚飯,呢間係新開泰國菜。餐廳係泰國人做主理,環境乾淨,整齊舒服,越夜越多人。餐牌都幾多嘢食,我哋叫左個沙律、湯、燒羊架同炒飯,另外仲叫左啤酒同沙冰。泰式鳳爪沙律:鳳爪無骨爽口,裡面有菜、洋蔥同蕃茄仔等配料,口感清新,辣味十足,越食越辣,幾惹味。冬陰功湯 (小):有兩隻大蝦,蝦肉新鮮結實,另外仲有好多菇,味道酸酸甜甜,唔會太辣,幾好飲。燒羊架:燒得幾靚,好有炭香味道。咬落juicy,好多肉汁,調味啱啱好,點埋旁邊泰式汁仲好食。蝦醬炒飯:豬肉鬆甜甜地,泰國臘腸鹹鹹香香,炒飯粒粒分明,唔會太油,蝦醬味香,裏面有豆同洋蔥等配料,整體味道甜甜地,幾好食。飲品:老公叫咗泰國象啤,呢款啤酒都幾清,唔會太濁,幾好。我就叫左芒果沙冰,用料足,芒果甜,味道濃,唔錯。 continue reading

前排喺馬鞍山嗰度踩單車,夜晚還原單車之後見到大水坑村附近都有幾間唔同嘅泰國菜,今次小編就揀咗間比較強巴士站嘅泰國菜,餐廳係泰國人料理嘅,夠晒傳統,今次我哋就叫咗個泰式炸魚柚子沙律,蝦仁炒金邊粉,馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,另外就叫咗杯珍多冰同埋芒果沙冰泰式炸魚柚子沙律:原來係原條魚起肉然後攞去炸,然後再撈新鮮柚子,花生洋蔥,再配上特製泰式嘅沙律醬,酸酸甜甜,甜甜好開胃,啲魚啖啖肉好大件啊,食材都非常新鮮泰式蝦仁炒金邊粉:食泰國菜一定要叫金邊粉,一間舖頭炒得好有鑊氣,裏面有金邊粉,蝦仁同埋豆腐乾,再配上辣醬一齊,正😍馬拉盞炒椰菜苗:小編平時叫馬拉盞炒通菜,不過今次食咗椰菜苗之後,小編就覺得原來馬拉盞配椰菜苗更加有口感更加好味珍多冰同埋芒果沙冰,食泰國菜又點少得叫呢,極力推介芒果沙冰,相當原汁原味,性價比超高,用新鮮芒果即刻炸出嚟,好smooth好Juicy😝 continue reading

冇諗過星期六都可以食到lunch set,今日專登嚟到新開嘅泰國餐廳,位於大水坑村裏面。叫咗一個招牌牛肉泰式船麵,個人認為船麵嘅湯底有啲濃郁,濃郁其實都唔錯,但只係當啲麵吸晒湯汁之後,就會變得太濃味了。另外叫咗一個雞肉金邊粉,味道都唔錯。啲麵偏濕,但係味道好好食。雞肉都好嫩滑。$62嚟講都真係好抵食但係太識奶茶就爭啲啦,需要自己落堂,搽底唔錯。但略嫌少咗啲奶,而且要自己調,好似好難調出泰式奶茶的味道。 continue reading
