今日又經過金悅軒,忍不住又要去試吓佢哋嘅招牌午餐😋。今次我揀咗個經典嘅燒鴨飯,佢個皮脆到令人心癮癮😍,啲肉肉質軟滑,入口即溶!再配住啲秘製醬汁🤤,嘩,簡直係中式美食嘅完美示範!另外我仲一試個椒鹽飽肚,香口得嚟又唔會過鹹,啖啖肉感,真係正到彈!蔗汁鴨肝就真係意想不到嘅配搭,甜中帶咸,賣相吸引之餘,食落去既新鮮又唔膩,咬落去嘅口感簡直係一流👍。呢度嘅蝦餃皇嗰啲蝦仁超級彈牙,無得輸咁,滿滿嘅海鮮味,一啖一個咁食,真係食得出師傅心機。翡翠鮮蝦鑊仔撈麵嘅麵條Q彈得嚟不太油,食落充滿蝦味,仲有啲細細嘅鮮蝦點綴,真係痴心妄想佢已經好味🤩!有著濃郁咁嘅湯底,飲一啖,暖笠笠,過癮!一試金悅軒嘅午餐,真心覺得物超所值,平平地食到咁滿足,下次仲要帶埋朋友一齊嚟,大家齊齊享受這美妙嘅一餐🥢! continue reading

今天帶著我的<真-金神>小米入火炭處理人生大事,順便約好妹妹在附近晚餐。得知此店已易手,物是人非。反正要找個好地方聚一聚,就決定在此晚餐。六點來到,於內堂就座。以涫水淥過餐具後,就要做最重要的事:點菜。我們六位,職員就推薦這手寫是日餐單,還主動提出將豉椒炒花甲變為油鹽粉絲浸花甲,免卻重覆二碟豉椒系列。而我們有選擇困難症,所以點了魚+ABC,四百多元有齊四款,又魚又燒鵝又鵝腸又花甲,平均每碟百多個大洋。計落應該抵左! 再加二碟小菜和白飯,便成了今天的晚餐。 金牌燒鵝     是上庄喔!鵝胸肉不太硬,至少我咬到囉! 因為燒鵝砍件後馬上呈上,肉質纖維仍然濕潤,所以鵝胸唔乾柴。 註: 遇過機場某快餐店提早將燒鵝燒鴨砍件,肉的水份揮發了,肉質又硬又乾囉!燒鵝皮單獨配白飯,變成燒鵝皮壽司。豉椒炒鵝腸   先夾起一條鵝腸查看,鵝腸超長,腸身啡色,未經漂白,可以放心享用。啡色鵝腸竟然附帶鵝肝,鵝腸和鵝肝都很脆口。 油鹽水浸花甲     花甲無沙,我喜歡。湯底胡椒粉味濃郁,接近福字米粉那湯底。再加上即磨黑椒碎,令整體更香辣,剛好襯托出花甲肉的甜。墊底粉絲吸盡精華,才是這碟花甲的亮點。 豉汁蒸鱸魚  因為鱸魚肉多骨少,細路不易梗骨,所以放棄黃花魚。 上湯菜芯    菜芯夠甜無苦味,就連不喜歡食菜的小米都夾走几條菜芯呢! 川辣雞煲     熱騰騰上枱噴曬煙,雞肉夠滑。可是小米表示不夠辣。 煲裡沒有辣椒,也許這個是啫啫雞煲。是日周未,客人不多,可以坐足一整晚。希望三月尾能夠帶<真金神>小米再臨火炭,如果成事,可能係家族十多人聚會了! continue reading

買咗一盒鵝肶飯鵝肉好乾,顏色又黑,感覺有啲似隔夜。另外買左2盒四寶飯有同樣問題,四寶飯比了6嚿燒鴨,燒鴨又黑又乾完全唔好味,以往有也有幫襯這間外賣,過往沒有這情況,希望他可以改善同埋注意一點。 continue reading
