位於尖沙咀的麻辣派對,近期推出新線--旺金鴿,近日在這裡為一月的壽星美女好友真來了個麻辣派對!從瑞生酒店地下側邊乘搭專用電梯直上二樓;一開門,即被色彩繽紛的裝潢與氣氛感染到,令人心情特別舒暢!餐牌菜式琳瑯滿目,以藥膳加川菜為主打,極之吸引!比交由另一川菜專家好友發辦點菜,很快完成;侍應生先遞上三道涼菜:滕椒涼拌鯛魚皮,青花椒香味配上辣油的勁道,被爽彈的鯛魚皮完美地吸收,魚皮鮮味與香料大融合,口感與味感都彰顯層次!涼拌生腸,處理得十分乾淨的生腸,咬落爽脆嚼落軟糯,辣醋油更添其美味!爽拍青瓜,一流開胃菜,酸辣清甜皆備,咬下去是滿口的菜園氣息!主菜陸續有來:紫蘇茅台火焰乳鴿,除了放上金屬罩來上菜來增加儀式感,更在乳鴿面上淋上矜貴的茅台來點火,隨著藍色火焰燃燒,即時飄起了醇酒佳餚交織的香氣!啖味起來,紫蘇與花椒的香味貫穿油滑細嫩的鴿肉,每一口都讓味蕾接受著極美的包圍!雞油花雕蛋白蒸大肉蟹,選用越南優質大肉蟹,放在雞油花雕酒蒸蛋白之上,再稍蒸煮,本身滑溜的蛋白吸收了肉蟹的鮮甜味,味美得令人欲罷不能!而更妙曼的滋味,將蟹蓋內的蟹膏放到蛋白中,多了絲絲甜美甘糯綿滑,令味蕾潤滑得美不勝收!香辣大虎蝦,
