第一次光顧既金坊,本身早兩日都打算食西餐,後來諗下不如食些熱辣辣的泰菜好過,就選擇金坊.本身訂左19:00,不過妹妹妹夫早到左,所以我地去到時大約18:00,餐廳內冇咩人,可能時間尚早,餐廳光猛,整齊整潔.本身打算叫套餐,但係只有星期一至五供應,之後睇下有咩特價,泰式生假,海南雞,咖喱軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包都有,當然就即係落單,另外再加燒豬頸肉,蝦頭膏炒飯,明爐馬友魚.龍眼冰就係我妹妹至愛.上菜速度好快,首先就係泰式生蝦同海南雞,生蝦好爽口配泰式海鮮醬,正呀.海南雞落左原隻,不過有些多,餐廳一碟半隻,兩碟原隻,海南雞好滑.咖喱軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包,包就好夠脆,配咖哩汁吾錯,不過軟殼蟹就有d覺得少.燒豬頸肉就香口,脆身.蝦頭膏炒飯就一般,冇咩特別.明爐馬友魚上枱時有火爐烘住,魚好滑,媽媽好鍾意,食到最後都仲好熱.最後有諗過想試埋芒果糯米飯,不過太飽冇食,但係餐廳送左4件椰汁糕比我地試.埋單每人都吾使$200 continue reading

呢間泰國野,係我日常飯堂,每次諗唔到食咩就去食海南雞飯($58),包冬瓜湯/冬陰功湯,凍飲加$3。海南雞飯,個黃姜飯好香,但米飯個質地通常偏淋,如果乾身d會好食d。海南雞份量唔少,但有時皮多肉少。但佢個泰式醬配海南雞好好食,通常都點晒佢個醬。冬瓜湯係我每次必飲,好香好好飲,個湯反而係我覺得吸引到我黎既一大原因。凍檸茶亦都唔係一般茶記茶底,會飲到茶既甘味好正。整體$61,有湯有飯有凍飲,所以lunch 都好多人食。 continue reading

行完街搵野食,揀左去金坊食泰國菜,七點多來到等三張枱,全店滿坐十分熱鬧。睇一睇餐牌,有個二人餐幾抵食,仲有啲特價餸都好抵,揀下食咩先。⭐海南雞半隻點了半隻海南雞,已去骨啖啖肉,雞肉嫩滑,海南雞醬汁酸酸辣辣好惹味👍⭐泰式羊腩煲仲叫咗個羊腩煲,估唔到泰國菜都有羊腩煲食,有泰式或黃咖哩口味,揀咗前者,個醬汁鹹鹹地有藥材味少少辣更香口,羊腩份量唔少,炆得好入味,正👍⭐白飯咁好餸,梗係要叫個白飯啦。⭐班蘭椰汁沙冰 & ⭐椰青再加咗兩個特飲,班蘭椰汁冰微甜有椰香,而椰青冰冰涼涼好清甜,食咗咁多濃味嘢啱曬飲。⭐甜品仲有甜品送添,椰汁大菜糕?幾爽口喎。免加一,兩個人食左二百幾蚊,抵食吖👍 continue reading

今天晚上,我和朋友相約到位於紅磡的金坊泰國美食餐廳享用晚餐。這裡的環境舒適,充滿了濃厚的泰國風情,讓人一踏入就感受到熱情的氛圍。我們開始了豐盛的晚餐,首先上桌的是酸辣鳳爪沙律,酸酸辣辣的味道讓人胃口大開,搭配新鮮的蔬菜,口感十分清爽。接著是燒烏頭魚,外皮酥脆,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配獨特的醬汁,讓我們吃得津津有味。秘製咖喱牛腩則是這次晚餐的重點,牛腩燉得軟嫩入味,濃郁的咖喱香氣令人陶醉,搭配米飯一起享用,實在是無法抵擋。我們還點了印度薄餅,搭配咖喱一起食用,味道更上一層樓。椒鹽大頭蝦的鮮甜味道十分誘人,讓人一口接一口,完全停不下來。最後,蒜蓉包條的外脆內軟,蒜香四溢,讓我們忍不住多點了幾個。我們搭配了兩杯熱菜蜜,甜美的飲品為整頓晚餐畫上完美的句號。這次的用餐體驗讓我們都感到非常滿意,期待下次再來! continue reading
