To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋佳節同屋企人食飯，但又懶唔想煮飯！最近聽朋友好評「好主意美食到會」的到會，，所以我就即管試吓！食物送到時，包裝精美，又有發熱袋/冰袋，好細心。✨香芒大蝦鮮雜果沙律 🥭首先試咗香芒大蝦鮮雜果沙律，色彩繽紛，蝦肉新鮮彈牙，搭配香芒和各式水果，味道清新，特別適合夏天的聚會，讓人食得津津有味，小朋友特別喜歡！🍤蒜香茄茸煙肉焗青口 🐚接著就係蒜香茄茸煙肉焗青口，味道濃郁，青口鮮嫩大大隻，搭配蒜香和茄茸，口感層次豐富，真係好好食！😋韓式燒汁雞中翼 🍗然後試咗韓式燒汁雞中翼，佢哋炸過啲雞翼，肉質鮮嫩，醬汁味道正，帶有一點微辣，吃完令人滿足！🔥法式慢煮牛肋條 🥩法式慢煮牛肋條口感超級軟嫩，湯汁濃郁又多蔬菜，牛肉吸收了所有的調味，真係好味到爆！每一口都充滿幸福感！❤️烤豬肋骨配炸薯角 🍖美國風嘅烤豬肋骨外焦內嫩，肉質多汁，搭配炸薯角，簡直係完美組合！🥔芥末八爪魚蕎麥冷麵 🍜呢個真係超好食！我成家人一開飯就係爭住食呢個冷麵！冷麵爽口，八爪魚新鮮，味道獨特，特別適合夏天享用，真係好味！🥢迷你紐約芝士餅 🍰最後，迷你紐約芝士餅甜而不膩，餅底鬆脆，芝士香醇，作為甜品絕對完美，令人意猶未盡！😍整體而言，「好主意美食到會」的菜式真係非常出色，味道都好有水準，絕對係聚會的好選擇！下次再有聚會，一定會再訂！

新年流流有疫情，費事去街市迫餐死，又費事煮餐死咁，有朋友介紹好主意嘅盆菜，之前都食過佢哋嘅到會，都好有口碑，今次就試吓佢哋嘅盆菜啦，拎到返屋企好簡單放喺電爐上邊煲返熱佢就食得，咁六百幾蚊又有鮑魚有海參有花膠仲有唔同嘢，都幾有睇頭，咁我又鍾意食菜，最後咪自己加啲菜囉，簡簡單單幾個人喺屋企大家做吓節囉，開心下都唔錯！平時食嗰啲傳統盆菜好大兜，同埋啲汁好濃，又試過遇到好鹹，呢個盆菜味道適中，食完之後我發現一個秘密原來裏面有塊圓形貼皮點煲都唔會燶，好聰明嘅設計，之後個盤我就攞嚟淥麵呀菜啊，屋企突然間多咗個煲咁樣，超方便！咁大家都可以試吓叫好主意嘅盤菜啦！
