又到糧尾,但係都要食晚餐另一半想食清啲,又吾想去茶餐廳印象中「爺爺雞飯」性價比一向都吾錯,又坐得舒舒服服,我地…..冇不去的理由。首先上菜速度超快,先奉上爺爺無骨海南雞配油飯整份套餐只係$68 ,加埋一都系$75 同茶餐廳晚餐價相約。海南雞大約有1/4 隻左右,雞皮幾彈牙,不過點到即止,高脂食物少吃為妙。最緊要系鷄肉細嫩,但必須加上三色醬令味道更提升。鷄油飯入口不油,軟硬適中。雞湯菜苗$48鷄湯本身已經夠鮮,配任何蔬菜也不會出事,清清地就好了。隨意點了馬來肉骨茶$78熱辣原煲上,是冇藥材版的肉骨茶,煲仔不大但食材豐富,有一字排、支竹、冬菇、魚腐、金菇和一粒已經煲到化嘅大蒜頭🧄一字排炆得好淋,其他食材都好入味,湯頭亦不死咸帶有少少甜味,最後比我清晒,養生嘛。平均都係$100一個人坐得又舒服,糧尾之選😇

金百利是sogo 對面的商業大廈,樓上有很多隱藏的寶藏級餐廳,今天就打算先試一下東南亞菜色。爺爺雞飯人氣也蠻高的,午餐經常要排隊。打算試一下他家的肉骨菜及咖哩雞,一個餐配送飲品88元,偏貴。份量是挺大,咖哩雞也有5~6大塊。味道是比較偏向港式,有一點點辣,配飯吃非常不錯!雞件很滑,完全不干不硬,好吃!特別喜歡紅蘿蔔,吸滿咖哩汁!肉骨茶味道是比較重的,比較咸。配料也不少,金針菇,魚腐,冬菇,腐竹,豬肋肉等。沒有配醬汁但本身味道已經很夠。他家的奶茶真的很不錯!茶味很濃厚而已奶香味夠濃,上菜是還是有點燙的,很好喝!一定要點!
