最近開始好注重健康，因為開始脫髮😢講起養生，其他人都會第一時間諗起食芝麻糊。但要日日食嘅話，都係點點綠嘅芝麻粉實際d。一日沖兩次食，可以當作早餐and宵夜。但我其實都驚只係沖水會太淡，變左芝麻水🤣然後店員推介我可以加埋四神粉。四神粉質地比較濃稠，沖少d水就會糊糊地四神粉嘅功效主要係安心養神/安神養心(? 而且重點係無味道🤣可以完美配合芝麻嘅香味，增加呢碗芝麻水嘅質感。雖然都係鍾意芝麻糊多d，但其實呢個都幾好味。 continue reading

    110108 星期六 | 潮流興食有機食物，走去點點綠 look 一 look，嘩，好多食品都好貴喔，比無機食品貴好多，買唔落手喎，但係一場嚟到，都係買番啲啦，好在啲零食價錢都算相宜，就買了幾款，有機雜錦果(美味果籽) ($30)、天然藍莓 ($22)、天然杞子 ($11) 和有機南瓜籽 ($12)，食落口都是果籽有果籽味、藍莓有藍莓味、杞子有杞子味、南瓜籽有南瓜籽味咁喇，跟無機嗰啲無咩分別，是否健康啲就見人見智喇，還是相信「均衡飲食身體好」這一套，管它有機定無機吧。 continue reading
