今次我帶左BB黎奧海城呢邊玩,呢度有間Namco,又有間可以影BB證件相既快圖美,就黎呢邊玩左一日啦,呢間綠茶餐廳之前係銅鑼灣都食過,印象幾好,原來開到黎奧海城呢邊,咁就再黎食多次啦👶🏻餐廳環境好似個竹林咁,幾舒服,坐位一般佢地都係卡位,餐廳仲係open kitchen黎既,衛生情況感覺有保證😉龍井烤雞($138)呢個烤雞可以話食餐廳既招牌菜,店員會先原隻送上比客人睇,再幫手剪開一件,烤雞皮脆肉嫩,盤底下有龍井茶葉微微醺上,令到雞帶有少少茶香🐥砂鍋西施豆腐($88)呢個豆腐類似一個唔辣既麻婆豆腐,辣油變成芡汁,仍然都係豆腐同肉碎做主角,餸飯食一流,成個鍋滾住起,上碟時熱辣辣👏🏻蘿蔔燉牛筋腩($138)呢個牛腩燉到勁淋,勁入味,蘿蔔一d都唔苦,最驚食到苦既蘿蔔,而且份量都唔少🐮三色雞絲涼麵($48)呢個涼麵就似平時食川菜有機會食到既撈麵,三色麵分別係菠菜,南瓜,紫薯去造成既,分開食又得,3隻色撈埋一堆食又得,個辣油都偏辣,所以麵既味唔算好出🍜土豆芝士塔(個)($22)呢個芝士塔係一個酥皮既薯蓉芝士撻,出奇地好味,酥皮夠脆,裡面既薯蓉同芝士融合埋口感好正🥧呢間餐廳愈來愈做得大,初初係銅鑼灣開先,到依家港島九龍新界都有分店,真係唔簡單,而且我覺得菜式比之前進步,同埋佢唔同季節又會換下餐牌,保持著每隔一排黎都有新鮮感☺️ continue reading

返到屋企,見到宣傳單,想不到奧海城都開綠茶餐廳,咁當然要去試一下啦~晚市人都多,拎了飛都要等10-15分鐘。好欣賞在地少人多的香港,餐廳在設計上都很用心,古色古香的綠色樹木,令人心曠神怡。餐牌附有圖片,造型讓人一目了然,抵讚!點了2款季節限定~三色雞絲涼麵分別有南瓜、紫薯和菠菜三種味道。顏色繽紛,撈上微辣的醬油,辣辣地好清新開胃。土豆芝士塔蛋撻造型的芝士塔,食落厚重,面頭的芝士和煙肉多了份咸香,薯仔的另類食法,令平時唔太好薯仔的我都食左一整個。粉絲裹蝦上枱時蝦仍是生的,要用計時器計時煮熟,望著蝦肉由白色轉橙色的過程著實療癒。蝦肉爽口彈牙,粉絲吸晒啲醬汁好入味!蔥香脆皮烤鴨雖然份量不多,但見到滿碟的葱就好開心!烤鴨的皮真的做到帶脆,而鴨肉保持嫩滑,加上青葱,食落好香口!砂鍋西施豆腐這個是我想點的,因為我想食飯,用這個豆腐送飯,簡直令人食唔停口。豆腐入面加入了芋頭、肉碎、青豆等,熱辣辣上枱,送白飯一流!有設計有裝修有服務,座位又寬敞坐得舒服的,仲有價錢親民的中菜,綠茶真係一個非常不錯的選擇,依家連奧海城都有分店實在太好了! continue reading

國內食過呢間,覺得好食,所以喺香港又試吓佢,點知竟然比深圳的味道更好,主要係食材非常鮮味。東坡仔排︰肉質比想像之中瘦,個汁唔會好甜,肉排部份係幾香軟嘅。薺菜年糕煮魚膠︰清新得黎又和味,年糕煙煙韌韌,很有彈性,很喜歡薺菜嘅香味。粉絲裹蝦︰粉絲仲好味過D蝦,因為D粉絲吸晒D蝦嘅香味。佢D蝦都幾新鮮,肉質有彈性。喉口鮮肉包︰呢個肉包好食,入面D肉都幾新鮮,塊皮好軟熟。龍井烤雞︰呢隻雞烤得好嫩滑,雞皮好薄,烤得好香,同埋隻雞無乜肥膏。江南綠茶餅︰呢個要趁熱食,凍咗無咁好食,個甜度亦算適中。西湖桂花藕粉︰呢個好食,好清甜。紅酒糟圓子︰呢個又靚又好食,唔會好甜,D圓子浸住D糖水味道唔錯。 continue reading

早幾晚同屋企人食完晚飯,新開張相當蝦碌,不過都值得原諒。繼續幾日再同啲同事嚟食晏試吓其他菜式反而今次食嘅出咗一半都比較滿意。首先個蝦湯泡飽真係做得幾有質素。除咗湯裏面有飯之外另外有碗脆米增加咗唔同嘅口感。個鮑魚冷盤都幾爽口個汁都尚算醒胃不過係鮑魚片薄咗少少。反而另外個蓮藕冷盤就幾鍾意佢個味個汁好似有少少似士多啤梨汁,但又有少少似係紅糖。另外個餡餅,裏便夠肥豬肉炸到好似泰式豬皮咁食落去個口感有少少似片皮鴨,係幾特別嘅。餐午餐最欣賞係隻茶醺雞,隻雞多汁味道亦都醃得好好,仲有一陣茶香味。後尾另外再加咗個冰菜同埋芒果鵝肝塔塔,個芒果可能唔係好合時比較酸,而鵝肝嘅味道亦唔算重,所以完全蓋過咗鵝肝嘅味。今餐午餐比起早幾日嘅晚餐用膳感覺好咗好多,之後有機會再同屋企人要試番醺雞同泡飯。 continue reading
