同一間自助餐吃了第二次，除了價錢便宜外，食物質素也不錯。說的就是 北角海逸酒店 的綠怡咖啡廳。這次母親節推出買二送一優惠，就是媽媽可以免費。之前在新春時吃過星洲越南主題，這次是泰國主題都吸引啊。即時烹調的位置會有燒魷魚、燒蝦之類，串燒亦不錯。還有陶罐海鮮火鍋和泰式船麵，真的很有泰國特色。到指定時間聽到鈴聲就有很入味的啤酒燒雞，雞肉非常嫩滑。 前菜當然也轉成了泰國主題，像是泰式木瓜蝦沙律之類，沒想到除基本款刺身，還新增肉質緊緻又有彈性的泰式生蝦。冰鎮海鮮的話，這次的蝦最新鮮，青口、蜆、蟹腳等也有水準，但還是要繼續吐嘈剪蟹腳的剪刀不好用 ...仍然有即開生蠔🦪 都是較為細隻，但比上次食肥美。熟食方面，同樣是換成泰國菜，首推香蘭葉包雞。另外還有泰式明爐魚、炒金邊粉等，就沒有太大驚喜吧。甜品好多見過但最後沒吃到，泰式奶茶奶凍、芒果糯米飯，大概是限量供應？強烈建議想吃要先拿！雪糕也是有些口味都被吃光，畢竟全場滿座不是說笑的。即場整的甜品有榴槤班戟，都見長期好多人排隊等。 除了母親節優惠，還送了蛋糕🧁 continue reading

    在2024年6月2日 舉行了一個110人的敬親自助午餐活動，包場2/F綠怡咖啡廳，Menu tailor-made。我們團體有不少特別的膳食要求。酒店職員非常盡心及細心的服務、配合，而且不厭其煩地一一回應我左一個右一個的問題。並向前線職員多次交待膳食要求，確保食物及服務質素。一開始有點擔心場地因為不是一個大長方型所以活動效果會稍為遜色，但酒店的on-stage camera以及可以走遍全埸的無線咪配合下活動氣氛不減。雖然stage camera 的畫質上可再稍作改善，但其他影音整體上可以。節目流程上，台上set-up，抽獎環節，播放影音及背景音樂等酒店有有非常負責及主動的人員專門跟進。在場的酒店副經理亦十分盡責，即時跟進詢問/要求亦多次double-check有沒有遇到問題及對酒店服務是否滿意。食物方面食材新鮮，好食，調味恰到好處，食物補充亦十分及時、充足。十分滿意刺身及燒烤area的安排，有獨立職員細心服務及跟進。雖然素食雜菜選項比較單一但其他熱食菜式都令人滿意。Buffet table完全沒有空盆的情況出現。侍應收碟速度迅速，自助餐過程十分流暢。綠怡咖啡廳環境整潔、舒適。有不少落地玻璃窗所以十分光猛，氣氛令人感到舒服。 continue reading
