To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食咗咁多次cmc cafe嘅嘢食，都未食過佢啲牛油軟包，所以今次就特登試吓佢呢款煙肉碎蛋沙律牛油軟包。早餐連飲品28蚊，今次感覺就唔算太抵啦！個包嘅構造好簡單，就係一個包，入面有蛋沙律，中間再夾咗塊煙肉。蛋沙律fill個包都唔算fill得好滿，不過塊煙肉就算夠長，個包都幾大。味道口感方面，個包好軟，偏向甜嘅包，而且好香，包幾好食；入面嘅蛋沙律都味道唔錯，而且啲蛋都整得幾細；煙肉就係正常。夾埋一齊食鹹鹹甜甜咁都幾夾，煙肉嘅鹹加埋個包嘅甜，會俾人覺得啱啱好。只不過28蚊就有少少貴

上次試過佢個英式早餐，今次就試吓佢個歐陸早餐先。呢個歐陸早餐嘅份量都大，有兩塊烘過嘅toast，一塊薯餅，煎蛋，火腿，三粒車厘茄，仲有最重要最重要，要係幾大塊嘅大雞扒！雞扒真係幾大塊，有成隻手掌咁大，上面有啲茄汁。雞扒煎得好食唔會柴同唔會乾。而且雞扒又唔肥，配埋雞皮咁食，真係正！上面啲茄汁酸酸地咁，都幾開胃！薯餅就同平時一樣好食，火腿就係普普通通簡簡單單一塊，冇乜大特別，煎蛋都係。係唯獨覺得車厘茄有啲酸。塊toast有烘底抵讚！食落脆卜卜！搽埋牛油一流。25蚊有埋熱飲，而且高質，抵食過其他ac嘅早餐啊呢！

多數喺呢度係會食外賣同出邊唔同嘅喺呢度嘅外賣都唔錯，首先份量充足，有陣時食焗意粉嘅時候上面嘅配料同埋芝士都係比足哂送到比你嘅時候仲係熱辣辣，包裝得實實淨淨，又保温，又唔會漏到啲汁周圍都係另外值得一提嘅係呢間餐廳嘅環保意識好高呢度係會用紙盒作為外賣盒（湯麵則是用塑膠外賣盒），而呢度嘅外賣餐具都係木製，不過都唔需要擔心佢會唔會有啲「參刺」嘅情況，佢本餐具嘅表面係平滑，用落去既環保又安全依家好少餐廳係會有木餐具，疫情下多了人叫外賣，用木餐具就可以為環保出一份力值得一讚
