家庭晚餐今晚有老有少一行十人到廣東餐廳小廚晚飯,家人喜歡海鮮,餐廳有來料加工服務,價錢為公道市價,於是我因應母親大人吩咐去街市買了奄仔蟹和新鮮鮑魚,另再點了九道小菜。櫥窗掛滿各種廣東燒味,然而,那串串掛著幾個焦糖色的的東西對我來說頗新奇,不禁停步注目,一問之下原來是市面罕見的傳統菜式,金錢雞 和 蜜汁雞肝,那當然不能錯過,我決定點幾個 雞肝($8/件)試試,正考慮 金錢雞($25/份)可能太肥膩,就不讓三高爸爸試了,怎知他進來時早發現了它,而且甫坐下立即嚷著要試,於是也就順他意點一份來分嚐。飯店先送上例湯,是老火花生雞腳湯,喝著有家的感覺。雞肝 表面有焦糖色蜜汁,微微焦香,內裡軟嫩,味道濃郁甘香,絕不輸法國鵝肝。金錢雞 我沒試,只知道爸爸吃時頻頻讚好,還說走時要點一份打包(可惜被我勸止!三高人士,還是淺嚐好了!)。我忘記了自己想試 琵琶鴨,點了半隻 燒鴨,賣相吸引,大大份,味道也非常不錯,果然是做燒味的,絕對對得起自己的招牌。薑蔥炒蟹 一來,賣相非常了得!一上桌大家不禁嘩嘩聲,一看就知夠鑊氣,薑蔥給得豪爽,火喉剛剛好,蔥保持爽嫩,吸收了蟹汁,特別味美,我買的蟹很多蟹羔,蟹羔仍緊緊地留在蟹蓋和蟹身沒掉甩,可見廚師夠功力。陳皮蒸鮑魚 清理得乾淨,火喉掌握得不錯,肉沒有因蒸得過火而變靭。美極中蝦 蝦肉鮮甜爽口,夠鑊氣,不過咸,薄殼蝦連蝦殻都能吃,讚!另外我們也點了 豉汁蒸盲鰽、麵醬炒涼瓜、蝦醬炒通菜、黑椒牛仔骨、豉椒炒蜆、椒鹽鮮魷,每樣的味道合格。蘿蔔炆牛腩 份量充足,牛腩牛根都很入味,唯蘿蔔沒有燜得足夠,不夠軟林,口感硬,有點令人失望。想不到 淨湯米粉 竟給我們驚喜,店家的米粉口感似檬粉,彈牙,親友吃完一碗又點一碗,十分推介。 continue reading

平安夜慶祝,順便慶祝埋小弟升職。食生不如食熟,又嚟到廣東食啦!一早訂左位,所以人多都唔怕!難得我臨時加位調枱都無詐形,今時今日咁嘅服務態度邊度搵?野多就唔駛講啦!試左最新推出嘅酸菜魚煲!嘩!啲湯底好味到我變左煩膠吳若希係咁問「點解嘅!點解嘅?」點解咁好味!我唔食魚都鍾意呢個魚煲!十分有九分!跟住啲燒味當然唔少得啦!依然係無得頂,想知有幾好食?自己過嚟試!我地食大閘蟹,佢地仲貼心煲埋薑茶俾我地驅寒!無得輸! continue reading

今天如常的很忙,三十幾度,老闆要我東奔西跑。又或者應該講係,我有個好老闆,衹不過喺office我本來就係要東奔西跑嘅角色,我哋啲西裝友喺呢個天時特別辛苦,收工之後我決定 斬料 返屋企同阿媽食好啲。半邊燒鵝,有油光好靚,燒鵝肉嘅味道好有鵝肉味,啖啖肉唔算太多骨,唔算鞋口但應該唔算嫩滑,食嘅時候點啲酸梅醬就very good,只係不過齋食嘅話就算係有啲鹹。燒肉,燒肉嘅肥肉同瘦肉都算平均,咬起上嚟啲燒肉皮都算脆卜卜不過又有啲硬,啲燒肉味道正正常常,但係唔知點解有幾嚿特別鹹。生活艱難,其實食乜嘢係乜嘢味真係冇所謂, 最開心就係返到屋企同阿媽同家姐食餐飯。老闆,我當然知道你會睇到我呢篇openrice文,我唔係怨你,只不過我真係好辛苦, 可唔可以請多件 行街佬 呀,請個fresh grad嘅 PT都好吖。 continue reading

老公生日搵地方食飯, 聽人講元朗廣東燒味小廚好食就去試吓。 原來餐廳可以預定海鮮, 真的不是一間普通茶餐廳。去到餐廳門口巳經見到燒味好靚, 入到去地方寬敞枱與枱之間吾迫同乾淨。 第一感覺巳經不錯。食飯最緊要都系食物同味道, 我們點了﹒﹒﹒芝士龍蝦伊麵 - 芝士汁好味, 龍蝦新鮮, 伊麵爽口鮑魚燜鵝掌 - 鮑魚同鵝掌燜到好入味 (媽咪好like)蟶子燜米粉 - 平時蟶子總會用豉椒炒, 今次燜米粉好有新意豉汁蒸鱔 - 豉汁味岩岩好, 鱔好爽口冰鎮秋葵 - 好fresh美極牛仔骨 - 口感同味道啫啫通菜煲 - 少少辣好正芝麻蜜香炸雞 - 皮脆肉滑帶少少蜜糖味, 同一般吊燒雞不一樣生日飯吾少得壽包, 餐廳都有得食, 好perfect 大家食得好開心, 非常滿足的一餐 一定會再幫襯 continue reading

前2晚打算同成班屋企人食飯,見屋企附近開左間新燒味店,又有小菜個啲,就走去問下有無得訂枱,因為屋企比較多人想佢地坐得舒服啲🤔 點知真系有得訂枱,個叔叔仲問我使唔使訂定隻乳豬,同屋企人一齊食。咁我見我屋企都幾多人,燒隻乳豬都無妨,所以就要左。🤓 最好既地方系佢會問定我幾點到舖頭,可以去之前先即刻燒!唔使怕凍晒唔好食!🎉到個日去到,一上隻乳豬,嘩!真系熱辣辣香噴噴!好靚仔!個個親戚都忍唔住系咁影相😂 正所謂色香味,色香都俱備,味道都好好!😍一咬落去塊皮真系脆卜卜,啲肉好嫩好多汁,成舊擺落口真係好好食!😵😵無論係自己嚟食燒味飯,定係一家人叫餸食飯,我都好推介👍🏻(唔好意思其實仲有其他小菜但唔記得左影😂) continue reading
