最、最、最欣賞是麥上日光的每款麵包都「真材實料」,

隨便吃一個麥上日光的麵包,已經超飽肚!

充滿麵包的口感,十分實在,

不是港鐵站內連鎖包餅店的「空氣包」。

雖然價格上看似貴左少少,不過飽肚度絕對是2-3個空氣包的份量。

真希望它多開幾分店,平時返工的麵包早餐就有健康飽肚的選擇喇!

不過一個人真係食唔哂,我食完成個之後,午飯真係食唔落啦!同埋我覺得唔應該叫流心,應該叫五層芝士軟心包先岩

Found out from openrice that there was a new purple potato cheese quarter at Guschlbauer so decided to get it.

Since it has not been officially launched, you have to spend over $100 on bakery and then you can get it for $30.

Went there the next day but most of the bakery was sold out so went again a day later and there so many choices.

Before we talk about the star of the show, the European selection was impressive and bigger at this branch and you can order drinks and dine there too.

The ones I picked were the Baby avocado (bun filled with creamy avocado).

It was really good because the avocado was moist and rich like butter and there a hint of green tea in it because there is green tea in it as well.

This was amazing, it was pretty because the black and purple looks visually good and it tasted divine.

There was so much cream cheese in the five layers with pieces of real sweet potato in it too.

The best thing was that it was not too sweet but it is quite fattening because of the cream cheese

朋友請我到街邊不大起眼的餅店試蛋糕,蛋糕造型都好掂,點了圖中三件。栗子蛋糕甜度適中,中間的慕斯很不錯,就是外面放得有點硬;抹茶紅豆蛋糕味道過甜,抹茶味不足;檸檬塔餅底很酥香,這個讚!但是檸檬醬味道廉價,而且由於餅底過硬,店裡配的叉子完全散架都沒能叉出一啖,全靠手拗…建議:在原料上面多花心思,以及提供更結實的餐具。

對上一次食已經係啱開尖沙咀舖嘅時候認真食完一次真係唔太啱自己口味,所以無諗過會再食。今次因為朋友興起話一路想試都未食到所以。。。.Anyway...到佐見$100/4 pc咁就不如一次過,有幾種試幾種!.蜜瓜乳酪蜜瓜味頗重但無預期咁甜,食落有少少乳酪酸無咁漏.玫瑰芝士花香味幾重,但唔會覺得食緊handcream咁,算係驚喜地味道唔錯,無蜜瓜乳酪咁甜。值得一試!.紫薯竹炭包 (滿$100加$30換購)好多紫薯粒,但唯獨就係無佐個紫薯味.蝦沙律竹炭包 ($48)成個都算新鮮,包唔會話吸晒水同沙律醬而變濕足料又新鮮,抵食!.奧地利芝士包五層流心芝士過往食過覺得係太甜,無芝士咸香,所以今次無再食。。。。總括而言,包嘅質感係得嘅,只係料嘅甜度比較高,真係要搵人share先得!

第一次惠顧麥上日光,是在尖沙咀店。早聽聞此奧地利麵包店,是長龍店,品牌用九天時間以天然食材低溫製天然酵母,又強調古法焗製。在尖沙咀店試了馳名的五層流心芝士軟包,麵包鬆軟、芝士軟滑,可惜超高脂,所以今次在灣仔店相遇,不敢再試。反而被另一款芝士煙肉牛角酥吸引。牛角酥看得見鬆脆,內裹還夾了薄片芝士、煙肉和生菜,只售$18,完全超值。另外,還試了荔枝泡泡,是有荔枝忌廉在內的泡芙,淡淡的荔枝香味、幼滑的忌廉,份量小小,可享受小小的甜品,又沒吃五層流心芝士軟包那麼罪疚,只售$8。$26的午餐,有包、有菜、有肉、有甜品,而且高質素,值得推介。這兒還有少量座位,必定再來。
