To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我最喜愛吃牛角,當日點了牛舌、魷魚、雞泡魚乾、牛肩肉和辣汁雞肉。每一道菜都讓我陶醉,尤其是牛舌,經過燒烤後外表微脆,內裡卻柔軟,搭配一些海鹽或特製的牛角醬汁,肉質的鮮美更是得以凸顯。魷魚的鮮香和彈性也讓我驚喜,經過炭火的燒烤,外皮微焦,增添了獨特的香氣。雞泡魚乾則是另一種味覺享受,魚乾的鹹香與雞肉的鮮嫩相互融合,讓人欲罷不能。再來是牛肩肉,油脂慢慢融化後,散發出濃郁的肉香,讓我每一口都感受到滿滿的幸福。至於辣汁雞肉,火辣的口感讓我瞬間提神,而我最愛的紫菜飯,則是另一道必點的美食。紫菜的香氣與飯粒的結合,簡直超好味!每一口都讓人心滿意足!

平時食開牛角buffet,今日試吓單點,嚟到又一城呢一間牛角專門店今日大概5:00嚟到。唔係話太多人。 等咗一陣就可以入座。單點叫咗七樣嘢,大部份都係牛,唯獨一份係豚肉。 最貴嗰兩份係:1) 日本九州極上黑毛和牛牛肋肉(6片)$142以及2)日本九州極上薄燒黑毛和牛(2片)$125呢兩碟牛肉送到枱上的時候,就咁望落去都可以見到份牛個樣好唔同,係高級少少嘅牛肉😋 !燒落去大概燒到7、8成熟就配牛角飯食🥰

同同事去咗牛角食lunch🤓揀左八選五品燒肉定食 $1282x 牛角上級牛肋肉(2片),正常味道。美國上級牛頸脊(2片),覺得好食過牛角上級牛肋肉。2X厚燒牛舌(2片),好味,唔韌。+$13 升級為香蔥溫泉玉子飯(180g),都幾大碗。+$25 海蜇柚子醋沙律(半份),好味,冇多餘嘅醬汁,之前食BLT沙律勁多白色沙律醬。昆布湯,正常。蜜桃茉莉綠茶,唔會太甜,幾好。牛角雪糕 雲呢拿,好味🥹係雲呢拿雪糕加黑糖同黃豆粉,雲呢拿雪糕會見到有雲呢拿籽。牛油白菌(4件),好味。
