个內容原本諗住去旺角間牛極試吓,咁啱架車經過佐敦見到間牛極,仲要晚飯時段唔使排隊,就即刻落車試吓。去到餐飯門口已經有職員招呼,仲幫我係自動售賣機點餐,入到餐廳內環境清潔,唔夠5分鐘牛扒就出來,牛扒配鵝肝質素唔錯,$140有呢個質素真係冇投訴,番茄牛肉湯真係唔錯,我飲咗3碗,沙律菜新鮮,正常發揮,加上服務真係唔錯,即使職員帶咗口罩,都會見到佢笑笑眼同你講bye bye,唯一要留意係去洗手間位置同廚房好近,清潔方面要留意一下! continue reading

呢間公司附近嘅餐廳,每次行經都好想試,一直冇機會,因為平時帶飯多,今日終於有機會一試。一入口要先用機點餐俾錢,職員再安排座位。兩個人都可以坐四人sofa位,坐得舒服,只係座位頭上剛好有部冷氣機,吹到頭都暈,要叫職員較細啲個冷氣。餐廳設自助區,自己拎椰菜絲,白飯,羅宋湯任裝。職員會定期refill。椰菜 (跟餐):都幾新鮮。羅宋湯(跟餐):夠哂熱。白飯 (跟餐):有啲削,調味粉任落。厚切牛舌燒 ($70):牛舌好腍!略嫌食物唔夠熱,唔知點解人哋個鐵板燒到si si聲,我哋嗰塊只係一隻碟咁。雖然主菜唔夠熱,鐵板燒唔起,冇咗個儀式感,但呢口價食到飽,坐得舒服,ok啦。總評:可以一試 continue reading

1/10/2023國慶要食好啲😏當初‘石燒’盛行時都幫襯好幾間唔同嘅,之後越來越多就好似少咗食。今晚突然之間有啲掛住,所以去咗‘牛極’油麻地分店。(其實旺角同油麻地都有分店,不過感覺上旺角應該多人啲,所以我寧願行遠少少去油麻地)有新品~立即要試吓先~封門柳. 好味喎,肉好‘林’身,仲軟綿綿過牛柳, 又好有牛味。 再配上蒜蓉同海鹽,正呀。 (今次我食270g $150, 下次食180g $105 就夠了,因為仲有白飯、湯、沙律任飲任食)😋😋 我覺得佢個湯真係好好飲,牛肉湯,每次起碼都要飲2、3碗。反而沙律就單調啲,剩係得啲沙律菜, 自己加啲麻醬。食得滿足之餘,唔知係咪因為油麻地分店真係相對少人,所以侍應服務超好,d 阿姐好貼心推介你食新嘢,有提你可以拎圍裙等等。不過都有弊病,始終石燒都比較大油煙,食完全身都係油煙味😛😛 continue reading
