To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 重新裝修之後好似位置少左,叫號顯示屏又細又多人圍著,依家又乜靜音叫號,根本好容易miss⋯出面排隊勁長入面上菜又慢到無話可說⋯冇試過飲茶等食物等左成90分鐘⋯而且三個人入兩人座,冇另外俾凳冇滾水冇人落單,行到出面搵人各個都話唔係落單果個:)真-無話可說。本身仲有一碟蘿蔔糕未上,但真係等唔到落去,人都躁底,直接走去買單算。總之,體驗極之差,飲茶飲到精疲力盡。如果之後都係咁,我真係寧願去隔離明星海鮮都唔會再來黎度:)

見佢新裝修就試下,就同家人來試下,其實除了環境靚左好坐左,多左卡位,坐多左人,食物同服務質素都係同未裝修前差不多,奈何油塘冇乜比較好既酒樓,連潮公館都執埋,太平飯店又裝修,鯉魚門廣場有間明星海鮮酒家,所以客家好棧吸引左好多客。好衰唔衰聽到有個待應講,成9點先來食個個魚鍋,咪又排都未收得工,你公司做得8點半小菜有折就預左會咁,講都細聲啲唔好係客背後講呀,感覺唔太好。 總體來講,服務一般,食品一般,希望稍後會改進好啲。

今日收工本來打算打邊爐,但係因為搵唔到位,所以就去左呢間客家好棧。其實最近都經常去客家好棧食晚飯,因為佢真係進步左好多。而家佢地做緊推廣,$18隻雞,其實再加碟菜,真係仲平過自己煮飯!不過因為想打邊爐,所以我地叫左麻辣豬肚雞煲,而家星期一至五仲有一盤菜同一枝啤酒送,百零蚊,真係好抵!今日仲特別想食魚,所以叫左碟蒸鱔,佢哋呢個鱔真係好好好食! 完全冇腥味!最特別係用苦瓜墊底去蒸,完全冇苦味,再點豉汁食,完美!一定要encore!

今天星期日,同家人一齊一共三人行等位沒有等很久⋯十五分鐘入得。我地嗌左 四個餸,第一個嚟嘅係東江鹽焗雞一上菜睇得到好熱辣辣客家菜都離不開咸味重口架啦個人口味而言 我本人係客家人⋯所以都中意食,雞肉都新鮮,口感不錯!然後嗌左一個客家燉土豬肉湯,$38 一盅對我來說,湯太少,肉太多⋯落得太重味噌太重胡椒粉,調味過量了⋯這個湯稍微有點失望。然後再上菜的是梅菜扣肉,呢個好味啊半肥瘦的肉,食落唔油膩!肥肉彈牙唔太鹹又唔會太甜,岩岩好!推薦大家~蒜香小唐菜新鮮,炒的好味!最後來的是這個客家釀豆腐!好好味!好好好好味!但是好不愉快這碟菜足足等了九個字,我連飯都食晒先至上呢碟菜!19:44 分落單,等到20:30 先有~但不得不說,客家豆腐是最好吃的即使等得耐我下次還是會再叫的哈

一上菜睇得到好熱辣辣

客家菜都離不開咸味重口架啦
個人口味而言 我本人係客家人⋯
所以都中意食,雞肉都新鮮,口感不錯!
