To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日收工本來打算打邊爐,但係因為搵唔到位,所以就去左呢間客家好棧。其實最近都經常去客家好棧食晚飯,因為佢真係進步左好多。而家佢地做緊推廣,$18隻雞,其實再加碟菜,真係仲平過自己煮飯!不過因為想打邊爐,所以我地叫左麻辣豬肚雞煲,而家星期一至五仲有一盤菜同一枝啤酒送,百零蚊,真係好抵!今日仲特別想食魚,所以叫左碟蒸鱔,佢哋呢個鱔真係好好好食! 完全冇腥味!最特別係用苦瓜墊底去蒸,完全冇苦味,再點豉汁食,完美!一定要encore!
