早上office 冷到飛起,路面成30度,但手腳總是冰冷,咁啱附近有黃酒雞,真係諗都冇諗就衝入去試。成個餐牌都係雞,不過你入到舖頭都會俾藥材味所吸引,所以是日Lunch 就order 黃酒雞。而我d 同事好像為我既食評著想,一人order 一款雞。醬油雞- 顏色就好充足,不過醬油就未入到雞肉內。客家黃酒雞 味就不太濃,但有傳統既濃邊蛋,除此仲有好多配菜。午餐來說很飽肚的,不過以$60 的價錢,真的抵到爛。不過,午餐來也來也匆匆去也匆匆,老闆親切的招待,其實都在食物以外,另一個吸引人光顧的地方。

偶然發現這家特別的餐廳,叫雞🐔功房,是否用特別的功夫煮雞🐔?🤔我很喜歡食雞,很希望食到整得好食的雞。但往往期望越高,失望😔越大。睇食評說頭抽雞一定要試,於是我們揀左頭抽雞飯,又想試下其他菜式,老板介紹豬頸肉飯幾好,於是又點來試試。兩個餐都包一碗黃酒雞湯,是這裡的賣點菜,果然不錯,好香雞酒味,但不夠熱,扣了分。頭抽雞調味不錯,可惜雞肉無鮮味,皮厚肉鬆,完全沒有咬口,豬頸肉還好些,至少有豬肉的鮮味,還有半只蛋和幾條菜,算是比較健康,而頭抽雞飯就沒有菜,有失平衡。最好食是碗白飯,用珍珠米煮,而且好大碗,份量十足,一讚👍。頭抽雞🐔就失望了。😮‍💨

私房菜一位才四百二十元還要免加一,這樣的食物質素和份量,實在性價比很高。店面不大,這裏吃的是老闆的誠意堅持和食物的美味,不是排場裝潢。老闆也是有性格的,服務嘛是家庭街坊小店式,多一點自在,摸清路數自然吃得愉快。最喜歡老闆易話為,想吃的告訴他,可以辦到絕對不托手踭啊~

食完之後睇返呢間餐廳嘅食評,我食嘅嘢都同之前嘅人食嘅差唔多。係大約$400一位嘅菜單前菜有炸魚皮,係淋嘅,同左職員講魚皮冧咗叫佢收走,佢都冇話表示換過一碟俾你,亦都冇話講句唔好意思,做私房菜單咁嘅態度有啲奇怪。但係我唔係評論佢嘅服務,除咗呢一樣嘢,佢其他嘅服務都ok,感覺到係有誠意做好盤生意嗰種。好可惜佢嘅食物水準真係好普通。豉油雞係幾滑,但係唔入味,腸粉點豉油就係腸粉點咗甜豉油嘅味,冇其他食評講到咁出色,腸粉都好明顯係交貨嘅普通腸粉。叉燒就同普通燒臘檔嘅叉燒一樣,太瘦太甜,同好食有好遠嘅距離,我都食過好多好食嘅叉燒,呢碟真係唔入流。蟹飯就淨係食咗啲飯,蟹…..唔知可以點食,而且睇個樣都知冇肉食。全餐飯最值錢嘅就係有一粒細細的鮑魚,9孔鮑,即係街市$100 有10 隻,自助餐任食果啲。有個泡沫龍蝦湯,算係唔錯,一人一杯,類似Cappuccino咁。其實真係要睇返相先至諗起自己食過啲咩,因為冇一樣食物係出色到你會記得,亦都冇一樣食物係會令到你想再去幫襯。其實食物同埋服務都唔算話差,如果呢餐飯係$200嘅話。$400 就…….環境,絕對係坐得一啲都唔舒服,店舖好細,唔夠冷氣,全部都係四人枱

前菜有炸魚皮,係淋嘅,同左職員講魚皮冧咗叫佢收走,佢都冇話表示換過一碟俾你,亦都冇話講句唔好意思,做私房菜單咁嘅態度有啲奇怪。
但係我唔係評論佢嘅服務,除咗呢一樣嘢,佢其他嘅服務都ok,感覺到係有誠意做好盤生意嗰種。
好可惜佢嘅食物水準真係好普通。

豉油雞係幾滑,但係唔入味,腸粉點豉油就係腸粉點咗甜豉油嘅味,冇其他食評講到咁出色,腸粉都好明顯係交貨嘅普通腸粉。

蟹飯就淨係食咗啲飯,蟹…..唔知可以點食,而且睇個樣都知冇肉食。
全餐飯最值錢嘅就係有一粒細細的鮑魚,9孔鮑,即係街市$100 有10 隻,自助餐任食果啲。
有個泡沫龍蝦湯,算係唔錯,一人一杯,類似Cappuccino咁。
其實真係要睇返相先至諗起自己食過啲咩,因為冇一樣食物係出色到你會記得,亦都冇一樣食物係會令到你想再去幫襯。
其實食物同埋服務都唔算話差,如果呢餐飯係$200嘅話。$400 就…….
環境,絕對係坐得一啲都唔舒服,店舖好細,唔夠冷氣,全部都係四人枱,側面就一條窄窄嘅通道。
結論:性價比好低,唔需要用咁嘅價錢食叉燒油雞,黃酒煮雞蛋同埋炸魚皮。

Chicken is my main meat supply ,so far this restaurant’s Hainanese chicken rice is my favorite ! This Oil Rice is my absolute love , top with the crispy garlic , I feel like I’m in heaven !

Okay back to starter , which is the marinated egg like the Japanese style , egg smells quite strong alcohol ( but I like it lol), but when you eat it there’s no alcohol taste at all, the running yoke 😍

Last is the soup, it taste like ginseng flavour , again absolute my thing

Finished with a glass of hot tea , which is quite blend and light , it kills all the oily feeling . The whole set just perfect 👌🏻

门口看到餐牌有下午茶套餐,一份小食一杯特饮一份海南鸡饭和黄酒鸡汤才72元,于是进去吃午饭。怎知道原来是骗人的,进去后店员拿了另一个下午茶餐出来,虽然价格便宜了十元,但没有小食也没有特饮,只有普通的奶茶咖啡,这种做生意手法实在非常不厚道。他们推说復活节假期不提供外面的套餐。那为什么外面的餐牌没有写清楚呢?最后点了海南鸡饭+黄酒鸡汤+热柠水。海南鸡饭 实在不敢恭维。一般评价海南鸡饭从三方面考虑,第一黄油饭第二鸡肉第三酱汁。这店铺三方面全部不合格。首先黄油饭味道太淡,明显黄油汤泡饭的时间不足够完全没有入味。另外鸡肉虽然比较滑嫩,但是完全没有海南鸡的味道,鸡肉淡而无味。另外酱油缺少了辣酱做得不够正宗。黄油鸡汤味道还可以,但整个套餐 完全不合格,加上骗客户的服务基本上可以把这家店黑名单了。严格来说已经违反了香港商品说明条例。

看見家裏樓下開了間新店專賣不同類型的雞,對於喜歡吃雞的我當然第一時間去拔草。由於假期所以全場滿座,一個人吃飯 所以只點了一個 客家黃酒煮雞肉湯米。上菜後先喝一口清湯,湯底算有點功架,放了杞子竹苼木耳蟲草花白菜等材料, 喝上口有一點點葯膳的味道。米粉應該是新竹米粉,但明顯還沒煮熟 導致米粉非常硬,吃了兩口已經有點消化不良。雞肉雖大但有點鞋,唯一竹苼吸了上湯的味道後很鮮甜。服務員的水準一般祇有兩個人忙到唞不過氣。整體質素一般。
