有友人話見到呢間月餅號稱是本地自制月餅，然之後買了一盒來試。這次我才終於試到這些所謂本土小型麵包店的月餅，之後我才發現原來連鎖店舖的月餅美味那麼多，而且貴得多，總發現它的原因。淨係睇外型買相，這兒都看似不錯，大大隻字寫名「漢堡雙黃」，有些功架，但是，慢慢切開你都發現它非常鬆散，而且中間的蓮蓉餡料沒有那麼實淨或是結實，比較呈奶白色的蓮蓉。呢間店舖的月餅，好像非常之厚身，而且夠大個，不過月餅就非常之鬆散，即使是頂上或是底下的外皮，完全沒有厚的外皮，根本就太過軟林，完全沒有整實，因此一口咬落去，基本上都非常鬆散。印象中，這間漢堡西餅麵包應該就是在深水埗八仙附近，似乎還是去返八仙嗰邊買月餅比較穩陣? continue reading
