原來Palladium 隔籬開了一間恆香老餅家，取了登山鞋，便走去看看。雖然是老餅家，但是裝修得非常現代化，成個presentation 一點都沒有 “老”味，反而更容易吸引客人注意。傅統的酥、餅當然有供應，只是換上全新的獨立包裝。另外，新派一點的，如鳳梨酥亦有提供。本想買兩個皮蛋酥來吃，後來店員說買滿6件酥、餅可以用盒載，所以我們多買了些新口味的酥、餅: 迷你菠蘿老婆餅、迷你椰皇老婆餅、細叉燒酥。結果一共買了皮蛋酥2件；老婆餅、迷你菠蘿老婆餅、迷你椰皇老婆餅、細叉燒酥各一件，回家慢慢享用。老婆餅和皮蛋酥保留著傳統的味道；叉燒酥的味道可比美酒樓賣的；菠蘿老婆餅和椰皇老婆餅是新口味，非常有特色，味道亦不錯。 continue reading
