The pudding is rich and creamy, as you can the vanilla seed.Black sesame scone $45The scone can balance the taste of sesame and butter,with crispy surface and moisture inside. The sesame butter is also handmade by the boss. 位於石籬的小店鄰近葵興工業區相信不少客人都是街坊已經去過三次既我很欣賞店家的咖啡言語間可以聽到老闆對咖啡的執着不是現在隨處可見的高質的咖啡會欣賞的人自然會留下因為聽到老闆對咖啡的熱誠感覺老闆是個懂啡之人才會一去再去與外面的咖啡室不同不是大眾的Nutty豆老闆挑選的咖啡豆不是為了迎合大眾而是選一款自己都喜歡的這一點我很欣賞從食物的擺盤可見其用心甜品自家製不定時換款環境舒適每次去都總會看到老闆和熟客的相處就像朋友般如此親切的態度可以互相交流的咖啡店也是老闆一種能力吧

呢間舖就好似隱世小舖咁樣，今日得閒喺附近行下，無意之中見到呢間咖啡小店，外面嘅裝修簡約，入面都係，又有少少工業風，開放式廚房，整體都好舒服，冇店員只有老闆自己，我同朋友叫咗兩杯嘢飲，一杯係抹茶latte，一杯係long back，因為只有老闆娘自己，所以都要有耐心等待，抹茶latte用嘅係靚嘅抹茶粉，飲落去口感都ok，long back飲落去都幾舒服，唔會太酸，有清新嘅果香，仲飲到少少果仁嘅香味，不錯，下次可以試下其他。

咖啡店係葵涌，雖然地點唔算就腳，但呢區好少咖啡店，因為公司係附近，所以間中會黎買外賣咖啡，每次老闆娘都會介紹今日用左咩豆，有咩特性。收銀旁會有甜品menu,次次外賣見到都好吸引好想試，但因為知道甜品冇辦法外賣，所以搵左日黎試。雖然隔左好耐先寫食評，但我都仲記得tiramisu 好好食，有酒香味。小店係一人打理，我返工前已經見老闆娘係度，有時到我放工都仲見佢清潔咁鋪頭。沖咖啡，整野食，仲做埋收銀同清潔，一人打理唔容易，仲要好飲好食，keep 到質素。

咖啡好飲，我一向都係飲espresso base，不過老闆娘成日講解手沖既技巧，就算我少飲都學到野🤣定期都會用唔同嘅豆，所以成日都有新鮮感。這間小店太多Secret Menu ，唔係一入去就有得食，真係要講緣份，不論係主食或者甜品，入親去久唔久都有驚喜！最愛就係佢個香芋布甸，重點係我唔太食芋頭，一有就必食。Tiramisu 都係經典之一，都係嗰句，講緣份⋯⋯⋯主食最愛就係bacon jam ，都好耐無見🥹
