先向兩位「主角」雞髀埋手,新鮮炸起毫無疑問是更香口,不過論雞肉juicy和「彈口」則有改善空間,可能是「乸」多咗之故。孜然是我們很喜歡的調味料,串燒、雞翼吃得不亦樂乎,加入雞髀未在他店見過,的確提醒了雞髀肉的惹味。至於芝士黑松露,則未能帶來充分衝擊,只是「嗱,我今日食咗黑松露呀」的層次而已。

之後,終於嚐菠蘿油了!同伴义起直接咬,未免有點messy,我拿起刀义,從一側開始切「縱切面」。第一,「菠蘿皮」沒有碎開,structure 保持在包面上;第二,麵包齊口切開,露出密集而平均的「筋」。如此,一次送入口,端莊而完美送入兩個口感,皮脆而包軟兼有「咬口」。誰說菠蘿油一定要「冰火」?涼了吃,個包一樣咁好食,就是製包的功力,而且牛油不會被熱包夾溶,到了咀裡還是結實的一塊,一口口咬爛佢,與包混合,這種味覺經歷,難以形容。

店內冷氣略嫌不足,甚至有來客卻步;對於身子弱、唔吹得的鄙人,則可以接受。心靜自然涼,靜下心來細味,可以渾然忘我。金惟純先生與樊登先生對談中,曾分享說,吃麵可以「吃進去」,這頓茶餐所帶來的,有沒有他所說的幾分?

近3個月係隔離做完gym都會黎呢度食,食物尚可,但個收銀真心差,平時黑口黑面都算,今日真係不得了,佢連作為一個人既基本禮貌都冇。今日我如常入去,可能忙冇人企門口,我禮貌性地同個收銀講左聲「唔該一位」,但係目中無人既佢完全唔理我,連抬高頭望都唔打算望我一眼,剩係係度禁手機。當刻真係覺得自己完全不被尊重,即刻講一句「唔食喇」調轉頭就走左,真係唔會再有下次。不過都要多謝個收銀阿姐令我發現隔離餐廳一樣有我要既野食,埋單只需要65蚊,服務態度又唔錯,起碼唔洗受氣,仲每日幫我慳返$20,都叫因禍得福。

今日去了上年開既快樂茶餐廳,前身就係灣仔快樂餅店,而家有成間茶餐廳啦。快樂餅店出名有懷舊包點,這裡一樣樣樣都好吸引🤩!我們今次係想食個早餐,等位等左5分鐘,留意到佢出面嘅麵包,個個都勁大個。等我入去試吓佢早餐好唔好食先。我們叫了一個蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉餐,另外一個雪菜肉絲麵餐,兩個都包一個細嘅菠蘿包同埋炒滑蛋。好過癮成個沙律,咁我哋梗係原諒奶茶啦,早餐奶茶真係唔同啲。碗麵同通粉都係大大碗,而且呢個餐只係$40咋。真係好抵食。
