呢間人氣麵包店,成日經過尖沙咀店都見到排晒長龍。今日發現銅鑼灣原來都有分店!即刻入去去兜個圈,款式好似比尖沙咀多咁!定係因為我太早去所以款式多呢😆。呢度出名千層撻,見佢出咗新味道「愛爾蘭忌廉撻」,係用咗愛爾蘭嘅🍶甜酒、甜酒焦糖醬同可可粉製作而成,外層個酥皮依然好正。熱愛bagel嘅我,每次必點藍莓🫐 忌廉芝士貝果🥯,口感煙煙韌韌入面有好多藍莓果蓉。今次再點多個伯爵忌廉芝士貝果🥯,好香嘅伯爵茶味。另外,仲有我最鍾意嘅芋泥包,呢個紫薯芋泥麻糬包賣相幾吸引,入面滿滿嘅紫薯芋泥,再加埋麻糬,食落真係好邪惡😚,口感煙煙韌韌好喜歡😋😋。 continue reading

去得多銅鑼灣,先知嗰到原來有咁多好食嘅嘢。不過當然要有個熟路又識食嘅人帶你先得,因為呢啲舖頭都唔喺喺大商場,大街,唔係熟路真係比較難搵。今次就去左#Hashtag B。其實好耐之前已經睇過啲KOL介紹呢間麵包舖,佢嘅賣點係好多層嘅酥皮同埋好脆。當時應該係啱啱開店,又係人氣人龍店。而家熱潮過左好耐,唔使排隊又試吓係咪咁好食先!因為食飽飯嘅關係,我哋乜放左幾個鐘先食,都驚啲皮會淋。不過,一咬落去,不得了!個皮仲係非常脆,而且係香脆,完全唔油!我好鍾意呢個脆皮,因為其實我唔太鍾意食酥皮蛋撻,一般嘅酥皮蛋撻我都覺得比較油。而呢個蛋撻嘅酥皮係脆而不油,太過啱我啦!!雖然嘅個蛋撻比較貴,原味都要$18,個佢個蛋撻比一般都大,而且放左咁耐都係脆而不油嘅酥皮真係好難得,所以貴少少我覺得都好值得。朋友話佢個開心果味都好好食(會再貴少少),下次有機會我都要一定要試下先。 continue reading
