呢啲食店通常滿面裝修都冇咁靚,

We three people had a hotpot night in Kowloon City. They have kindly reserved a room to us and treated us very nicely.We have truffle dumplings and fried lunchmeat for the “starter” and 佛跳牆 pot for our main. The cow meat and fish are fresh and tasty. Also the price is fair for an outstanding food and place. Staff are friendly too!

好耐冇去九龍城打邊爐,今日去咗老店厚福館同班friend一齊開餐。今日除咗打邊爐,仲叫他出名的水晶蟹,蟹殼白𠽌𠽌感覺好夢幻,是他們獨家引入的海鮮,之前價錢差不多要$1000一隻,而家疫情之後做特價只係$800,重係套餐送限量的封門柳牛肉。聽講話每一隻牛只一條封門柳-牛的橫膈膜,有錢都買唔到,十分珍貴,牛味十分濃,油花較少,口感軟嫩,色澤圓潤。水晶蟹的味道亦十分鮮甜,跟長腳蟹味道相似,但味道更甜肉質更紮實彈牙。面底可以加烏冬,煙靱的烏冬吸收所有蟹汁,味道非常香濃美味,酒香撲鼻,吃兩碗都不夠,建議加多一個烏冬,兩個面底先至夠六人食用。其他打邊爐配料亦十分新鮮,有豬心,豬粉腸,牛柏葉,蝦滑及四寶丸全部亦用料很新鮮。豬心口感爽脆細密非常好吃,色澤光潤,一睇就知道係新鮮貨。湯底我哋冇點到沙嗲點了較普通的薯仔蕃茄 , 跟海鮮味道亦十分配合。整體感覺環境不錯 , 服務OK , 價錢比之前實惠很多 , 今日每人$400已經足夠 , 抵食好多!

湯底我哋冇點到沙嗲點了較普通的薯仔蕃茄 , 跟海鮮味道亦十分配合。整體感覺環境不錯 , 服務OK , 價錢比之前實惠很多 , 今日每人$400已經足夠 , 抵食好多!

上個月先食完,今個月又約了一大班朋友再食過。食材非常新鮮,特別係海鮮拼盤,生蝦彈力及鮮味十足!火鍋湯底味道選擇夠多,有松茸湯底、麻辣湯底、鮑魚湯底!宜家正正係大閘蟹時節,當然不可以執輸,雖然我不好,點都食返一至兩隻啦!六両剛剛好,食完仲可以食其他菜式。蟹粉又多又鮮,真的很難抵擋!有朋友仔生日,今次無買蛋糕,order咗壽包代替,size勝在夠小巧,不怕太飽食唔曬!
