今日男朋友帶咗我去葵芳新都會廣場嘅少爺18食午餐,其實我係第一次去,男朋友就話佢之前食過呢間既肉骨茶覺得唔錯。出奇地新都會廣場入邊間間餐廳都要排隊等位,竟然呢度唔需要等位,入面亦只得四五台客人。餐廳裏面嘅裝修十分精緻,餐具亦都好特色。我哋各點左一個馬來牛肉濕炒河粉,新加坡椰香海鮮喇沙,仲有紅豆冰。男朋友就覺得個河粉炒得好好食,牛肉好嫩好香口。我就覺得個喇沙唔錯,就算唔食得辣嘅我都唔覺得太辣,但如果個湯底可以再濃味少少就更加好。紅豆冰勁香椰汁味,正!但講到服務方便,就覺得麻麻地。我哋差不多食完個餐杯紅豆冰都未黎..最後要我地催促個侍應。之後到買單嘅時候,又等左好耐好耐。我哋係比信用卡付款,但最後侍應竟然攪錯單拎左現金想找錢俾我哋。其實午市並唔算多人,如果都有咁多人攪錯,到晚市真係唔知點攪。

男朋友就覺得個河粉炒得好好食,牛肉好嫩好香口。我就覺得個喇沙唔錯,就算唔食得辣嘅我都唔覺得太辣,但如果個湯底可以再濃味少少就更加好。紅豆冰勁香椰汁味,正!

話說今晚在葵芳上課 ,一心好想試少爺18的肉骨茶。真是期待已久。踏入店舖剛好不是繁忙時段,好容易安排了座位。點了馬來西亞肉骨茶。人生第一次品嚐肉骨茶是在馬來西亞地道味道,就在馬來西亞愛上了肉骨茶。好快肉骨茶上枱還跟火爐仔,很有風味。飲了幾口沒有大驚喜和藥材味道,最失望是配料是order後放在煲內,如一字排,食到我死。很難咬到的肉很鞋。十分失望,成個菜只有肉骨是可以送飯就這樣食不到了。而且肉還夾在牙縫中,真難受。唯一值得一讚是環境設計,十分有品味。

Other Info. : 肉骨茶(閩南語:Bak kut teh)馬來西亞的巴生,據說是肉骨茶的誕生地。當地許多肉骨茶店最近都在牆上貼了一張紙,上頭說明「肉骨茶」三個字的意思是肉骨加上藥材煮成的湯藥,因為「茶」在粵語和福建話裡都有湯藥的意思,例如我們熟悉的廿四味涼茶。 新加坡,馬來西亞。相隔一港,咫尺之近。肉骨茶,各有版本。新加坡愛胡椒味重,馬來西亞喜藥材味濃,恍如兩生花,本是同根生,性格卻迥異。當時華僑來碼頭當苦力,為適應濕熱氣候及補充體力,就用廉價藥材、排骨及內臟等熬成肉湯,再伴白飯當早餐吃,足以飽上大半天。新加坡的潮州派,有重重胡椒味、湯色較淺;馬來西亞的福建派,湯汁濃郁、有較重藥材味。

The fried beans was not dry in crisp, instead it's soggy...With oil. We had to send back the Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab, because it was, yep, soaked in oil. The waiters are good. They didn't give me any attitude for sending food back. I'm just very disappointed since I used to actually enjoy the food here.

If was very disappointing! I used to love this place. The food was great and fresh. However this time I came, the food was SOAKED in oil. The fried beans was not dry in crisp, instead it's soggy...With oil. We had to send back the Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab, because it was, yep, soaked in oil.

木嘴呢晚黎到新都會睇戲,睇戲之前要食個快飯,就求其揀左呢間睇落幾靚地方又大嘅餐廳。新都會翻新左之後第一次黎,真係高檔左好多咁,木嘴仲以為自己去左第二個商場添。得返45分鐘食所以就求其叫個粉同飯算。雖然我時間緊迫,作為一個木嘴對食物又無乜要求,但比差唔多成舊水食個粉,都會期望個質素有返咁上下。好可惜呢碗海鮮喇沙完全滿足唔到我既期望,個湯無乜味之餘,明明我叫既係喇沙湯底,但竟然變左奶油湯底。唔好以為奶油湯底好特別,所謂奶油,即係好重奶味,而且好油...成碗粉食得我個木嘴好唔舒服,食到一半已經放棄。D配料就都還可以,叫唔難食既。另外朋友就食呢個串燒加印尼炒飯。炒飯普通到唔普通,串燒就唔熱既,味道就正正常常。咁又盛惠$88。成餐最滿意就係個野飲,雪梨味好出,又唔會太甜,廿幾蚊夠兩個人飲,唔錯。成餐埋單二百幾真係非常之唔抵食,早知平平地去食個米線或者食個快餐算數,起碼食完之後個銀包會滿足D先。

花先生竟然同我去葵涌廣場!多左好多小食店啊!本來想掃街當晚餐,但實在太太太多人。最後決定去返新都會搵間餐廳坐底食。之前見少爺18都多人排隊,今日可能早到,即有位就試試。花生雞腳,夠淋夠入味!香芒白飯魚沙律,芒果同白飯魚估唔到幾夾幾好味!海南雞飯,雞算滑,但無乜雞味,份量唔少,油飯唔夠香,醬料一般,整體普通。海鮮喇沙,有蝦,蛋,魚片,豆卜,魷魚圈。椰味夠香,唔辣的。食哂成碗有少少膩。我覺得小食比主食做得出色。環境舒服,早啲來唔駛排隊可以一試。
