與友人逛街到晚上7點幾,肚仔有少少餓了,於是隨意找一間食肆坐下。這間食店是吃新加坡菜的,地方大,環境舒適,好快我們便入坐。一坐下,店員便上熱茶,茶香,有淡淡荔枝味,幾特別!我點了「新加坡椰香海鮮喇沙」,仲有甜品「斑蘭榴槤雪芳班戟」。「新加坡椰香海鮮喇沙」算足料,有蝦、魷魚等,喇沙既香又有少少辣,不錯!最後上甜品「斑蘭榴槤雪芳班戟」,蛋糕有斑蘭味,但中間的榴槤蓉卻食不出榴槤味道。如果你是榴槤迷,一定大叫回水。

Bakute - one of the most famous Singaporean dishes. There are 2 choices - herbs or white pepper. Of course, I picked white pepper as it is the Singaporean style.
