這天一行十人隨意選了一間火鍋店打邊爐,當天因示威活動基乎整間店都沒有人。適逢秋風起,餐廳有時令長腳蟹,點了一隻十個人吃,蟹膏超香濃,啖啖肉,超好味!吃完長腳蟹開胃,點了花膠雞湯湯底,打邊爐前每人先試一碗,湯底又濃,膠質豐富。象拔蚌刺身也好抵食,$500己經有一份。其他就沒有太多點評了,不算太特別,但又ok的,都是那些材料。一人埋單先$300左右,好值得去。服務方面,也是不錯,侍應姐姐幫我們拆蟹腳,加水亦頻繁。 continue reading

作為港女一名, 食野除左食物本身造型嘅之外,食完全變靚都好緊要所以花膠係我地經常會食嘅野,例如花膠撈麵都食過好多間今次打邊爐, 呢度最出名嘅就係佢嘅花膠雞湯底, 個湯真係好濃, 花膠都好多,除左有少少油之外, $218半隻雞, 價錢都ok圖中所見唔係雞湯上場嘅樣, 因為湯一上到黎, 已經一人一碗,飲到見到鍋底, 真係呢一次因為本人慌死蝕底靚少左, 映相自然拋諸腦後而圖中所見是加湯後的狀態, 濃稀啲, 但其實都濃味, 好過好多邊爐湯底至於邊爐料, 就係平凡, 唔係唔好食, 但唔會好好食, 份量ok, 但冇乜驚喜,正常囉,冇特色出位野。所以都冇逐樣映相了 continue reading

餐廳環境富有懷舊風味,梗係要試試啦!花膠雞湯打邊爐,湯底濃旭,味道香甜。雞味濃厚,滋味無窮。每次食呢個湯底,先喝湯,再品嚐雞肉,雞肉滑而不鞋口,配上少許辣椒䜴油,好好味!之後,再配上吸湯的豆苗,原汁原味。豆苗當做,叫了一兜,但係建議大家最後先落,因為一落左豆苗,成個湯式就有陣菜味,會蓋過左個雞味,但係用雞湯整豆苗係正既,同食雞油豆苗冇乜大分別,仲要唔油。大扇貝和鮑魚就平常的味道但是也很鮮美啦。蟹籽墨魚滑還真是蠻好的,量也大最重要的湯底真是非常不錯,鮮美,花膠比我在北京吃過的那種大。下次都會繼續去。 continue reading
