明明一心一意想買對面的PREX，經過這裡見到也有三文治wrap，連熱食也有，價錢合理，買了個wrap試試$44。打開份量不多，不過材料頗實在。這是chicken and veggie口味，味道很不錯，滿滿的碎蔬菜，紅蘿蔔絲，吃到雞肉碎，帶點辣味，惹味！👍🏻香港賣健康野食的地方不多，價錢也偏貴，小小一盒沙津可索價過百，有時嫌貴只好食茶餐廳偏油偏咸的飯盒。希望這些健康食品的餐廳會越開越多，價錢能平啲就好！ continue reading

今晚去金鐘太空(HKU Space)度返學收工後臨急臨忙想買啲野食下先響海富中心兜左幾個圈.....Canteen太貴 LaLaEat 好好食但6點收舖但都要醫飽個肚架嘛行過canteen 同 7-11隔離有一間細細間個款好似Prat a Manager咁既入去一睇好有新鮮感首先有熱食-飯，Wrap冷盤-沙津，冷麵飲品-自家果汁，bless果汁晚餐黎講 除左地下M記 米線陣比較經濟實惠熱盤價錢 $48(三款不同口味）如果想嘗試不同口味 呢個價錢係ok的最後我揀左豬肉碎飯 - 飯硬身 豬肉碎微辣 7分 但下次會嘗試咖哩飯口味至於冷盤 我買左一個三文魚口味既沙津我覺得絕對有驚喜 雖然價錢$68 但係份量都多既 加上個汁好特別 mix埋一齊食係超級好食既 值得一試8.5分當然呢間店只有外賣 大家要諗諗買完去邊到食喇誠意推介呢間店俾大家 continue reading

咖哩雞飯有咖哩香但份量少

話說小弟轉咗去金鐘返工，食lunch勁Q多人，唯有買外賣，今日試呢間喺正Canteen隔離嘅HAWK。佢入面好似Seven咁，一個個架放啲飯盒，但係飯就得三款飯，其他唔記得係三文治有定係一啲卷狀食物。基本上係冇嘢好揀。好多人喺度望下望下，我心念是Q但，呢個價錢，金鐘度度都差唔多，快啲買完返去食算，基本上係冇人排隊比錢，已知未必好食。去到office一打開，咁少餸，食菜先，都幾OK。咖哩有香味，有少少期望，一咬落去，孩口孩舌，橫掂都係雪藏雞，好心用雞脾肉啦。份量又少，唯有用咖哩撈飯，總結嚟講，有少少揾笨! continue reading

其實我好鐘意捲呀、三文治呢類食物，總之就係將所有野放埋/堆埋一齊😂😂好幾次經過金鐘呢間都冇入去因為佢對面就係我最愛既Pret ，加上佢又冇堂食，岩好今日趕時間，就的起心肝入去！Hawkr 既食物種類同Pret都幾似，Pret主打天然有機新鮮，Hawkr 就冇講明；Pret有hot toast、飯，Hawkr 就比較多冷麵選擇，食材既配搭都偏東南亞口味。至於我揀左咩呢？就係Satay chicken wrap😆佢係熱既，用牛皮紙包住，一打開！見到餅皮濕左hmm.... 就知應該不是我杯茶🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️因為食開Pret既hot wrap係熱既⋯⋯好啦唔緊要，咬啖試下味先！點知！一咬，佢入面 竟！然！包！住！糯！米！飯！！！我真係下左出聲，超似栥飯，但佢飯量又多過栥飯，餸又少過栥飯！又食唔出有調味⋯真係啖啖飯，但說好的沙嗲醬呢？個人覺得唔算好食⋯或者其他都值得一試掛？但未必會比第二次機會了⋯ continue reading

    Came here especially for the Pandan Panna Cotta!Ended up having the Pandan Latte as well The pandan panna cotta was really creamy and thick with a fragrant pandan taste.Finished with the drink and I could still taste the lovely pandan so the pudding and drink are in harmony and does not over power each other. continue reading
