To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完黃大仙, 想找間素食吃午餐, 見到依度有d好評, 不如去一下, 其實一個人比較難叫, 個刻唔想食飯, 叫左個鮮茄鮮竹湯烏冬, 加一個例湯, 等左一陣, 我估係老闆娘, 送上例湯, 見到也好大碗, 係粉葛🫘赤小豆, 清清地唔錯, 加10蚊真係ok, 之後再送上湯烏冬, 不過無加到蕃茄, 變左係鮮竹菜心湯烏冬, 飲啖湯先, 清清地有d味, 但味道唔算好出色, 50蚊加5蚊轉烏冬, 烏冬質素叫做合格😅, 鮮竹唔算有豆味, 我覺得硬左dd, 加左d薑我唔喜歡, 菜心條條短短地, 容易食, 菜心清甜唔老☺️, 不過整體味道我覺得叫合格, 唔叫特別令我想再來食😂但小本經營, 都要支持下家庭式小店😚 continue reading

去了一家名不見經傳的食堂,分分鐘將你拉入無肉的美食天堂。🌿 嚐了他們的招牌「芋頭魚」,嘩,外皮炸到金黃香脆,芋頭那股淡淡的香味咬落去真係「噴香」,仲有份融化喺嘴裡的幼滑,呢度真係芋頭控的天堂啊!跟住食了碟「西芹腰果炒菇」,腰果咬落「爽脆」,西芹清甜帶點爽口,冬菇嗰份香,一叮一啖,好滿足!再講埋個「竹笙上上素煲」,真係一試難忘,個鍋熱氣騰騰,竹笙同支竹食落去真係「滲味」,似忍不住要嗌多碗白飯咁!最後點了碗「素翅」,入口嗰剎那,一種說不出的「鮮味」四溢開來,豆絲仿佛與木耳打了個完美配合,真係飲一啖渴望下一啖!仲有個甜酸汁,鮮豔誘人,揸住炸物蘸一下,嚟個「開胃」又解膩。總結嚟講,今次嘅齋菜體驗簡直驚喜滿分,食得健康又唔失口感,下次再來必定再點多幾樣新嘗試!🍅🍍🍴 continue reading
