當晚約了朋友一起吃飯, 找到這間中菜廳, 其中最重要的原因是免開費, 但是估唔到只係一間普通的中菜酒樓, 都可以做到咁好食。百里香草燴牛肋條-肉味香濃且份外鬆化,令其再一次可以享受的牛肉的滋味。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩, 入口有特別香味, 我覺得味道竟然好食過其他出名食燒鵝的店。服務非常好, 仲幫我地用個盤微微暖住啲燒鵝食。原來除咗牛肋條, 一隻好食嘅燒鵝, 都可以配上呢兩支出色嘅意大利 Amarone DOCG。最後選擇咗全個鹹蛋黃嘅壽包, 完美的結尾。自帶紅酒: Zonin Amarone Della Valpolicella 2019以經濟價錢, 食到高質中菜, 而且環境和服務都很好, 值得推介。 continue reading

走入這間食堂,頭盤嘅油燜筍儼如一位靜謐的佳麗,淋上一點白芝麻增添的是一抹雅致。接著,蔥油海蜇滿載脆爽,蔥香四溢,簡直是開胃利器!😋老四豆腐的皮脆內軟,唔知點解,咬落去就有返種家鄉的味道,實在係夠晒滿足。椒鹽鮑魚仔小巧玲瓏,下酒實在太正!話說那秘制欖角一口骨啊,吸引力不輸其他名菜,甜中帶鹹,微脆的口感,真係剛剛好。啖啖肉的海苔脆皮三層肉,酥脆的皮與鮮美的肉汁完美結合,實在係百吃不厭。😍然後,清蒸蘇鼠班!咁滑嘅魚肉,清新的口感,諗起嚟都心花怒放,攞黎配飯,簡直無得輸!至於鼓蒜炒涼瓜肉片同欖菜肉鬆四季豆,都係平實中見到靚嘅家常好菜,郁口郁舌,夠乾身,飽嘴又唔過火。👌總結,這間食堂,簡直就係平民美食的寶藏,做得出色,過得硬,底蘊滿分。下次經過,定必再入坐,嘆番盤好菜! continue reading
