The electric stove are Japanese stove with enough temperature, therefore it can lock the flavor of the food with meat juice. There are many Japanese Customers, so it can reflect the flavor are authentic.

Signature Dishes
Not a lot of food, small area, and there was some confusion with their happy hour set menu that made the experience unsatisfactory. They changed the menu but was vague at explaining it, and we ended up paying for extra things that we didn’t order. The food took a long time to cook. It was just one person manning the grill. 4 screwers (in a set) turned into an hour and half long affair. We left the restaurant starving and went to another place nearby to get more food. The staff aren’t exactly happy kind of folks to deal with so overall it’s underwhelming.

接近半夜突然想食串燒，打電話去店家，居然有人接聽，仲比我訂到位第二日食晏。串燒定食有2串海鮮、4串肉、4串蔬菜，仲有前菜漬物湯飯甜品。海鮮有我愛嘅多春魚，夠大條肥身。蝦肉削咗啲，但有焦鹽香。雞軟骨棒有咬口，煙肉茄好juicy，我唔鍾意嘅煙鴨胸啲肉都幾嫩算討好，鵪春蛋皮彈又香，茄子上嘅麵豉醬好惹味，豆腐外脆內軟有豆香，銀杏冇燶過硬味道濃縮了，好得！冬菇稍乾但還好冇過鹹。全部都夠熱燙，唔會凍。前菜係燜牛舌好軟滑。漬物嘅蘿蔔冇過乾夠爽。麵豉湯夠味道唔錯。雪米磁雲呢拿味我脹住肚吞咗。結果食唔哂啲嘢😅

焱，三火是也。重聽朋友介紹左好多次 今次終於有機會book到焱川既午餐.我地order 左串燒定食..超級期待！！因為佢地既串燒真係出哂名 一入門口已經流哂口水。等左十分鐘到 十大串既串燒定食就到啦！！yum yum yum!!我個人而言，我覺得有兩串做得特別出色，就係白果串燒同埋壓軸既肉串！d白果一d都唔苦 仲有種甘甜既味道! 而肉串裡面帶有點咬口, 感覺真係好特別! 既美味又特別！最重要係肉質一流，夠曬入味，完全係再三回味，齒頰留香呀！

地區小店，以三火為名，火氣夠大，店內應以日式串燒作主打。餐廳內裡呈窄長型，地方小而擺位密，用餐環境頗擠擁。一系列午市套餐由七八十元至百餘元左右，基本上和散點差不多。套餐內含漬蘿蔔、麵豉湯及薯仔沙律。漬蘿蔔及麵豉湯無乜特別。薯仔沙律味帶微酸，比預期滑口，夾上菜絲吃多一份清爽。主菜薄燒牛肉卷，牛香OK喇，面上灑上黑椒粒味道惹味。牛肉卷內包香葱及蒜粒，蒜粒味度則稍稍不夠搶口。甜品維記雪米糍一粒，配上酸香荔枝味，OK喇！

今天跟朋友來到焱川想試一下日式串燒, 是第一次來, 鋪面不大但裝修很有日本風味. 待應都很主動過來為我們介紹食物. MENU 內有串燒, SUSHI, 剌等等... 我地兩位都是想食串燒為主所以隨意地點了很多份串燒. 有牛舌, 和牛青椒仔, 豚肉荔枝卷, 廣島蠔, 雞肉釀冬姑, 雞軟骨, 雞腎, 煙肉車喱茄, 還有很多... 其中我覺得最好的是牛舌和廣島蠔, 牛舌很有質感又不會太乾身而且很香. 廣島蠔有鮮味, 燒起來乾身但食下去會很多汁. 特別喜歡不同串燒上的燒汁, 再加上他們有個很美味的串燒醬比我們點. 食起來特別惹味. 價錢都不貴, 叫了10多客都是$600左右. 1客還有2串, 低食
