行到門口,無限唏噓,原本係海邊對到正維港,已經被半島豪庭遮蓋!

推門入去幫襯,眼見嚟幫襯嘅都係老一輩街坊,點咗份椒鹽脆皮豆腐,片皮鴨一食同芝士龍蝦伊.

椒鹽脆皮豆腐最滿意,哩道菜好奇怪就係...... 以前好似從來未見過哩道菜,係哩幾年先突然出現,外層超脆內層又熱又軟滑! 好味推介!

片皮鴨一食皮脆肉嫩,食哂成碟已經好飽,片皮鴨相信唔係即燒即制,當然好正常擺到凍,如果隻片皮鴨有翻D溫度更理想.

龍蝦伊失望,蝦肉有D霉霉地唔夠彈牙,味道亦好奇怪好似無放尿咁,芝士汁亦唔夠香濃,水汪汪唔濃郁.

另外頭頂有部風扇,對面又有部風扇,因為冷氣不足?

本身只係諗住寫回憶錄,對D餐廳酒樓食巿無咩寄望,幾經辛苦先搵到一間有片皮鴨同龍蝦伊嘅酒樓,點知搵到但質素又唔多掂,可惜.

My dad has a habitual gathering with his friends and this place is their recent favourite. They serve tasty Cantonese cuisines with a high amount of wok hey! Elder people will love their dishes. Great place for chitchats and catch up. This was the stir fried longevity noodles with a big braised abalones. The noodles had a hint of smokiness form the wok hey, and it’s addicting. Abalone was huge and succulent. The Chinese sweet soups in this place are also very good. We like the free flow hot red

This was the stir fried longevity noodles with a big braised abalones. The noodles had a hint of smokiness form the wok hey, and it’s addicting. Abalone was huge and succulent.

The Chinese sweet soups in this place are also very good. We like the free flow hot red bean sweet soup, and sometimes they have the sweet millet congee cooked with ginger- which is a true delight!

一行8人有大有細,疫情下座位少了距離濶了坐得舒服,仲夏4寶超抵食8人可叫2款,我哋叫咗龍蝦同雞,龍蝦有份量,連埋個蚶好大份味道也很好,雞皮脆肉嫩也好味道。本來想叫冬瓜盅但沽清,下次book 位時要訂定。另外我哋仲叫咗幾個餸,特別推介欖角骨,真係好好味,欖角和蜜糖包住炸過嘅排骨條,咸甜交集,外脆內軟,正價錢非常合理,味道好,服務可以嘅都有換碟,環境就一般喇始終唔係華麗裝修,但都企理舒服嘅應該會成為家庭眾會嘅飯堂

今日同bb上完堂,係去冒險樂園之前,就選擇左去尼度飲個茶喇。尼度環境都唔錯,有卡位,洛地玻璃,夠開揚。我地點左燒買,灌湯餃,欖角蒸排骨,腐皮卷,煎釀尖椒同燒味飯。燒買入面有好多蝦肉,好味彈牙,排骨方面,用欖角蒸,好香,排骨略嫌偏肥左少少,灌湯餃好味,湯汁同餃既味道好配,再加少少醋提鮮煎釀尖椒都唔錯,唯略嫌個尖椒有點太淋。,腐皮卷就普普通通,外面唔太夠脆,燒味飯就屬正正常常,不過不失。整體黎講,大部份都唔錯,如果係附近行開會再黎幫襯。

片皮鴨片得厚已經係常態,見怪不怪.舖係碟顯得份量好足,因為片得好厚肉.而且有好多塊餅皮中間界開咗,好難包到鴨件.皮係脆既,有油但唔甘香,肉孩而無味.應該最滑既2隻鴨脾都乾,孩,韌.

意猶未盡,見到燒乳鴿38蚊一隻咁抵, 就點左一隻試下,侍應話係即燒要需時等一下。我心諗即燒咁勁?!咁呢38蚊都值回票價。 等左大約20分鐘左右,都唔算耐,乳鴿上枱,新鮮熱辣,陣陣燒鴿飄香,乳鴿外層皮脆肉嫩,隻乳鴿係正常SIZE既大小無縮水,的確係性價比高

呢餐晚飯有驚喜,以普通晚飯小菜價錢同味道而言,在水準之上,價錢亦合理,會再回頭

歐遊3星期回港,雖然食過幾餐難食既中餐止下癮,但始終同係香港食既酒家差得遠!返到香港,立即約家人去酒樓食飯。今日去既酒樓係係屋企附近既「豪宴」入面環境光明乾淨,而且有卡位適合小家庭。當日雖然係平日,但客人非常多,侍應們都忙到𣎴可開交。托家人同經理稔熟既福,一早叫經理預留$68半隻片皮鴨。雖然豪宴屬質素中上酒家,但價錢非常合理,只係街坊價。天氣咁熱,先點一個冬瓜盅消下暑。冬瓜盅份量十足而且配料豐富,我地三個人爭d飲唔哂。再嚟就係主菜片皮鴨,話雖如此係半隻份量,但我地三個人都食唔哂。燒鴨皮薄油脂甘香,每一啖都被香到不得了既油香充斥口腔。片皮鴨當然要配上潤餅一齊食,餅皮勝在薄,配上京蔥、海鮮醬剛好減輕油膩感又惹味。我地仲叫左一味咕嚕肉,呢味咕嚕肉係用南瓜脆餅做伴碟,睇得又食得是日埋單3個人都唔使$300,豪宴果然係出色街坊食堂!

從火車站行落橋,見到間光光猛猛嘅酒樓,就入去食個晏先深海魚腩炒河,大大塊魚塊,有口感,但略鞋,不過有魚味配菜不少,$88合理灼生菜,夠青綠,爽口$22,OK啦!環境優靜,午巿人不算多,可能真的要攪多少少優惠才可以吸引更多人流了
