To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

湯底好濃好入味,啲料俾得足,我覺得一定要試嘅係溏心蘿蔔,每次都必叫!佢係超級淋同甜,如果切得大粒啲會好啲,覺得有啲唔夠食🥹其實其他餸都好好食,尤其係吉列炸蠔,超香口,黑松露薯條都好食下次再試下其他小食

上次食完何車車,話下次一定要食佢個試吓佢個撈麵,有選擇困難症嘅我都係要返十餸麵,原本配料包括豬紅、豬皮、豬腸、蘿蔔、腩肉、魚片頭、魚蛋、雞翼、雞翼尖、腐皮卷,但係嚟到我發覺有兩個紅腸,冇雞翼尖,於是就查詢店員,佢話如果冇其中一樣,店配料就會自選一個配料補,今次我轉了咖喱撈油同埋店舖極力推介嘅牛舌心就要額外加錢。10餸車仔撈麵上桌,同上次一樣擺上精緻之前,十餸唔再多介紹啦,試咗佢個牛舌心先,佢係薄切爽口,但係我個人口味鍾意厚切,所以我覺得麻麻地,另外試一試佢個咖喱油撈油面夠晒味,佢啲油面幾好食,不過可能食嗰個湯係甜,所以今次覺得略鹹,同埋有啲乾,我下次都係叫返湯,比較啱我個人口味😂
