原來啲涼茶飲品都幾有料到

事關之前有一排好熱氣，加上又濕熱，走去另外有間連鎖涼茶飲品舖買咗支竹蔗茅根飲下，見好似解決我晒我有既問題，而且聲稱無添加糖，但一飲個甜味好濃，覺得佢應該係落咗冰糖片糖之類，但飲咗都感覺無咁熱氣，不過我太怕肥，所以飲咗1,2次無再買。咁啱經過見到海天堂，見到又有竹蔗茅根，又係無添加糖，即刻買支試吓，一飲真係淡味好多，種甜味係完全來自竹蔗糖，而且都幾快見效，多咗小便，而且當晚仲有濕熱💩💩。由於我太鍾意食熱氣野，加上可以放2星期左右，所以我周不時每個月都買2,3枝看下門口。真係好過飲五花茶嗰啲。 continue reading
