作為麵包痴的我,吃方包可是什麼也不用塗,因為我就是喜歡麵包本身的香氣與味道。他們的方包入口有濃濃的麵包香,麵包皮煙煙un um 的,十分好味!

我們一家常常都買他們來當早餐呢;) 要吃了他們才算是good morning 呢 ~ yummy!

凱施的分店愈開愈多,我附近也有一間,通常都是買麵包,比較少買蛋糕。有時在家自己動手做三文治,凱旋是最就近買方包的地方。這裡的方包有七款口味,多數買麥粉方包,其次是有合桃肉那種。也有試過買這裡的三文治和蛋沙律熱狗,味道不錯,是輕盈午餐的不錯選擇。家庭裝番茄芝士麵包,有點歐洲風味,淡粉紅色的麵包,加入了很多番茄乾碎,芝士與麵粉完全融合,每一口都充滿芝士的咸香,吃時不需要塗牛油或其他醬料。燕麥餐包,粗粗的麥粉幾有口感,味道香甜,減肥時吃一個已經夠,經常買來做早餐。藍莓麵包,包面杏仁片的味道不突出,只有裝飾作用,淡淡的紫色麵包中間有粒粒藍莓醬,味道不太甜。大提子麥包,味道一般,優點是提子乾夠Juicy。還有菠蘿包、芝麻豬仔這類大眾化的款式,水準是不過不失。

The appearance of the paper wrapped cake is similar to a cup cake but taller and the cake is wrapped with a square sheet of wax paper, which is different to a cup cake that is baked in a cupcake case.
It was also wrapped in plastic as well affixed with cellotape.
The texture was extremely soft like a chiffon cake and there was none of that buttery taste which was good.
However it was a tad too sweet.

做 facial 前, 處於半飽不餓的狀態, 但又想吃少少東西, 時間又不多, 最好就是買個包吃。來到凱施, 有幾款「卷物」是幾得意的: 好像叫綠精靈、海之味, 還有今次買的富士卷 ($7)。這個富士卷都幾奇特, 卷狀的麵包上鋪了豬肉鬆, 但像卷蛋般捲著的是烤過的椰絲, 有點脆脆的口感, 挺有趣。餡料有蛋沙律、火腿、生菜等, 都很豐富, 這樣的組合實在不會難食, 只是天氣剛轉涼, 凍食的包凍上加凍。雖然有蛋沙律在內, 但份量不算很多, 一路行一路吃也不會太狼狽。

十月下旬‧晴就咁,在每個練習後,都要盡快補充,所以我又多了很多麵包食評。選擇不少,不過給「至脆」二字吸引過來,就買了個至脆叉燒包。其實是酥皮叉燒包,就是「至脆」,也不見得很脆,不過就不是不脆。叉燒餡正正常常,吃起上來,就算是涼了也是好吃的,相信新鮮出爐時更好吃。六塊半一個,可以一試的。

你話我食到個蛋糕得返DD,要黎換...就話我呃飲呃食姐,

我依家原個比返你,只係要求你比個新鮮既我,唔通咁樣會係一個顧客既錯??
開開心心買個蛋糕返黎食,邊個想結果咁,仲要勞氣收埸..??

如果凱施負責人堅持硬到叉都拮唔開既慕思蛋糕冇問題,唔該你去美心或者聖安娜,東海堂之類買返個慕思蛋糕,去試下咩叫慕思蛋糕...
今次我亦有將此事告知親朋戚友,至少可以訴下苦

2008/10/24凱施餅店,屯門區曾經有過一間分店,不過做不夠一年就摺埋,所以每次出街,經過+肚餓時見到凱施餅店,都會買個洋蔥豬扒包回回味的。對,每次在凱施餅店我幾乎都只買洋蔥豬扒包,現在美心買個腸仔包都要6,7元的時候,這裡的豬扒包則10元一大個(不知道近期有沒有加價),次次的豬扒都好大塊,不要看豬扒整塊沒有肥膏都是肉,肉質完全不鞋而且幾淋身,用上少少黑椒吊味,而且不用邊吃邊吐骨頭,在街上吃都是非常方便的,熟洋蔥條有成十幾條,味道甜甜地,用上的麵包又夠挺身,三樣配起來上真的是無敵。試過有一次選另外一款沙爹牛肉包,覺得麻麻地,因為不夠我家附近的大排檔整得咁好吃。很期待凱施餅店~屯門市廣場分店的開幕!!!(但點解裝修左幾個月仲未開得既??)

試過有一次選另外一款沙爹牛肉包,覺得麻麻地,因為不夠我家附近的大排檔整得咁好吃。


很期待凱施餅店~屯門市廣場分店的開幕!!!(但點解裝修左幾個月仲未開得既??)
