今天一早來到北角，打算吃早餐再工作，來到位於港運城後面的荷李活冰室。點了兩個早餐，分別要了雪菜肉絲米粉和豬潤米粉。雪菜肉絲的份量大概是一般店舖的兩三倍🤣令人出乎意料的是豬潤米粉的豬潤。豬潤足夠的厚，熟度剛好，沒有豬臊味。

今次我又約咗朋友黎到荷里活冰室試試佢哋嘅港式茶餐🤗🌟早餐 - 大切豬扒配炒滑蛋🥗同牛油餐包🌟大切豬扒煎至微焦，外脆內嫩，肉香四溢。炒滑蛋柔滑入口，配埋香脆嘅餐包，一個字形容就係「爽」！💯👍扒香濃，微微燒焦嘅味道突出佢本身肉汁嘅香。💯搭埋金黃色澤嘅餐包，仲有誘人嘅牛油香氣，真係好有飽足感！啱晒口味💕🌟早餐 - 叉燒湯意粉 配炒滑蛋，牛油餐包🌟叉燒湯意粉正宗，每一根意粉都充滿咗叉燒湯嘅味道，湯底清香有味，湯面加叉燒的搭配。食落都唔錯，師傅真係好好手勢💯優質嘅食物加上親民嘅價錢，荷里活冰室實在係好物比大家著數！佢唔單止提供傳統港式菜餚，仲有一種親切嘅感覺，總會令你有陪伴同溫暖嘅感覺！💯🌟 環境：9/10🌟 食物質素：9/10🌟 服務：8.5/10 🌟 overall rating:9/10

沙薑雞飯，啲雞幾嫩滑，砂薑嘅味夠鹹，撈埋白飯一齊食啱啱好。乾鍋雞粒炒飯，少少辣，有啲似鹹魚雞粒炒飯嘅感覺，但係稍為鹹咗少少。個冬瓜排骨例湯幾好飲，大大嚿排骨，幾足料。

As a regular breakfast guest, I wish to make a big compliment to the morning shift staff from this restaurant. Waiters and waitresses not only greet nicely and work efficient. They remember every regular customers' food choice so am I (including the tissue request). They joke around in every conversation with customers. Despite food is okay, they always give a great start of the day to every customer. This is a cha chaan ting where I haven't had such a strong sense of warming for long. Worth for an experience and thank you team for making my Friday mornings joyful!
