To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前開張嘅新社企,試業當日見客似雲來,今天有幸一試。餐廳很多點心都是兩件一碟,很適合情侶用膳,不用叫太多食物造成浪費。高湯浸芥蘭十分有驚喜,清淡爽口,就連菜梗也十分好味,可見廚房功力!“盆栽白玉小蘿蔔”其實是蘿蔔絲酥餅, 蘿蔔葉是沙律菜,利是oreo朱古力碎。 即叫即做,外面皮薄酥脆,裏面蘿蔔絲保持濕潤,精心之作,打卡合適!“蒜香鮮蝦春卷”也是即叫即做,食得出完整的蝦,很足料。“蒜香陳皮龍躉木桶飯”是我的真心推薦, 蒜香油香撲鼻,龍躉亦十分有鮮魚味,魚油滲透進白飯,飯才是黃道!這是一間甜品店,試了合桃西米焗布甸,面頭焦脆,不太甜,可惜吃飯一開始便上了甜品,放久了,建議下次後加。

原來除了茶樓,仲可以有食點心的小店。這小店原本係媽媽與女女運作,後來轉型點心小店。地方寬敞,不像茶樓般的頁,吵鬧。店員殷勤,又會過嚟傾吓計,見到店員之間有很融洽,互相幫助,感動。通常飲茶都要多啲人,這小店的點心,每碟都兩至三件,非常適合兩個人食午餐,不用等一棚人。我哋叫咗燒賣,鳳爪,蝦餃,粉果,全部都合乎中道,性價比高。每款點心數量少,可以叫多幾樣,試多啲唔同類型,同埋即叫即正,又唔會等好耐, 1小時午餐時間,剛剛好。除了點心,仲有燒味。值得推介!

上個星期去荔枝角朋友公司,順便周圍睇下有咩野食,還以為永康街成條街都冇乜野食,點算好呢?點之行行下見到一間磨砂玻璃的食店,老實講真係唔太起眼,當時想睇清楚有冇野食才「裝下」入去。整個食店白色簡裝,坐位寛闊不迫,有幾位看似輕度的弱能人士(未確認係唔係),他們很友善,有禮貌,服務態度幾好。午餐叫咗個煙三文魚沙律,正呀!好大碟好夠飽,也叫咗杯咖啡不過不失啦!坐咗一陣間見都好多食客光顧,埋單個位可能太專心低頭計數,我企左係收銀機成兩三分鐘才發現,不過佢立即say sorry , 我不太趕時間唔緊要啦!整體上以一間社企開嘅快餐店是不錯架啦😊

今日係公司附近買飯, 就試新餐廳(開張未夠一個月即新年前海南雞飯$58, 一個月唔夠新年後加$10)😳😳😳! 咁見似社企, 所以照試吓當支持。叫咗海南雞飯, 食第一啖就後悔!😰😰😰1. 其實係真真正正的蒸白切雞, 仲要好多血。😤😤😤2. 無油飯都算, 點知啲飯仲係冷飯!頹飯仲好過佢。😫😫😫3. 白切都比啲䓤油,連點雞汁都冇。餐跟南瓜湯(西湯)同熱飲。唯獨南瓜湯ok。今日自取都要$70(外賣加左$2)😔 荔枝角咁嘅價錢已經唔平,仲要貨不對版!頹飯仲好過佢!

係荔枝角番工,見最近開咗間餐廳,於是黎幫襯餐廳的玻璃有層磨砂貼住,唔留心睇真係唔知係間餐廳餐廳好大間,走廊闊落,相信係想員工有個良好的工作環境落單係掃qr code,餐點選擇唔多,反而飲品就多選擇,更有啲係比較少見例如老陳皮檸檬我地食咗香煎比目魚配雜菜飯同叉燒蛋飯係送主食前,每人都有餐湯同麵包餐湯係洋蔥、可以沾麵包食,麵包好脆香煎比目魚配雜菜飯 $68魚的份量多、汁都唔吝嗇叉燒蛋飯 $58蛋係用日本無激素蛋本來以為會似炒蛋,不過原來係太陽蛋貌相失色咗少少叉燒份量多,不過有啲硬同乾,可以再冧番啲飲品方面,配普通餐飲係免費,詳情可看圖以社企黎講,其實已經做得好好,主要員工都係弱能人士,送餐,收銀都係送餐時有禮貌、細心收銀個到,因為佢要按部機,所以會慢少少,大家俾啲耐性就可以了最欣賞既係,餐廳老闆對收銀予以信任唔驚佢收錯錢所以希望大家都要有同理心,如果找錯錢就同佢講番就可以了
