見有外賣自取優惠就試下好唔好食,見評價好兩極所以頹買兩盒單併飯同屋企人食。盒飯好充實,餸亦舖滿,份量比我想像中多,燒汁淋得唔多,不過餸多就汁少都無問題。燒鵝皮真係脆皮,薄薄的,咬落唔係淋嘅皮,係偏酥脆嘅口感,我最喜歡係佢燒到皮同肉中間d肥無晒,係我喜歡嘅口感😍我最驚就係中間痴住肥膏要自己咬走佢(當然有d人係相反鍾意中間有層肥,就應該唔like this one)至於燒腩仔,肥瘦分佈適中唔覺漏,皮都幾脆。質素整體幾好,三四十蚊一盒飯CP值極高。

叫咗下午茶牌入面嘅燒鵝瀨,招牌冰皮燒鵝的確幾好味,層皮好香口,又唔會話太多肥膏或者全部都係骨冇肉,肉都算厚實🧐瀨粉口感都幾彈牙,自己幾鍾意。不過個湯好明顯好重味精,勁似某福字牌米粉,味精胡椒味,大打折扣,店員仲話係佢地自己煲…

個飯對得住個價錢,乳豬皮好脆,肉都好彈牙,燒鵝就差唔多,仲附送埋乳豬醬。

屋村燒味店幾十間間差唔多,不過呢間有乳豬揀,可以一試嘅,不過個瀨粉湯底就仲有進步空間。
