To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港地退步啦以前食過香港地,今日行山系金鐘食完早餐至起步,早餐基本都系chain,咁咪搵間好d嘍裝修—哩間裝修似茶記,唯一好似系無餐牌一定QR code點餐。—裝修比大記舒服。服務— 一個年輕高瘦waiter無乜禮貌,系咁"bear"住你想你走— 另一個waitress就OK,要熱水同筷子都好快比味道—比大記好d,選擇比較適合口味,譬如有豬趴,番茄。番茄豬趴米粉($44)—番茄90%肯定系罐頭貨色,一Pat 野同比較酸,比譚仔差,—豬趴系帶骨,表面煎過,吾覺得大炸過,系細塊d,都醃得幾入味—米粉好幼好滑。豬趴蛋米粉($44)—哩個餐覺得抵好多—豬趴大過上面個餐起碼1/4,仲有隻太陽蛋咖啡—同大記差不多,比大部分茶記好。 continue reading

等七點去太古廣場睇戲,唯有四圍蕩下同搵野食,行下行下,就見到呢間睇黎幾乾淨嘅香港地。仲有下午茶,我就叫個菠蘿雞粒炒飯,見到啲炒野都係50蚊左右,好似好抵,點知真係中伏!!碟飯唔夠三分鐘就想到檯,一啲熱氣鑊氣都冇架!!我唔係食家,但食慣即食野,第一啖已經覺得同我平時屋企叮果啲急凍飯係一樣味!啲飯雖然熱,但雞粒係凍架,超恐怖!真係誠意欠奉!至於杯奶茶,都真係好唔得!我叫少奶,應該都係即沖,但係唔辣口!即係唔夠熱!!金鐘黎講,50蚊真係算平,但冇諗過咁hea!唯一好處係個景掛!反映出香港地真係好多車! continue reading
