-松子桂魚 是有雪及臭味的魚.-香蔥扒大鴨, 鴨是雪了很久, 絕不新鮮.-點了一些飽點, 但是飽皮有小昆蟲屍体....非常駭人.點了幾個菜都是一般或很差. 總結可以不去. continue reading

16-05-2008 (星期五)今晚逛銅鑼灣時,見到Times Square對面有間叫「紅樓」的上海菜館,覺得店舖名字很美,決定光顧。因為Friday關係吧,差不多滿座,安頓好之後,開始點菜,發覺有些菜式在一般的上海菜館是找不到的...我們點了其中一個較特別的前菜燙拌乾絲---主要材料只有豆腐,將豆腐切成極幼的豆腐絲,廚師的刀功是不錯,可惜汁料的味道毫不突出,可能因為賣點是刀功,所以價錢絕不便宜,要$58...嫩雞煨麵---味道十分普通蜜汁火方---將火腿加上那塊脆脆夾在包包內,有多重口感,而火腿一入口是甜甜的,慢慢就會嚐到火腿的鹹香,味道很有層次,不過我實在不明白為何這個菜式要索價$120?另外還有素菜包---味道不錯雖然這食店的食物款式較多,有些還做得很精緻,但我還是較喜歡翡翠拉麵和小南國啊... continue reading

平日夜晚七點冇乜expectation來食. 坐o係轉入去行內坐梳化. 4位坐都唔逼. 而因為少位. 較靜,可以傾計.荵爆牛肉連四塊薄餅: 四塊實左唔夠. 牛肉幾大塊. 好多荵. 稍嫌較油.鱔胡: 好大碟. 好多芽菜.酸辣湯: 呢個麻麻. 較辣但係唔酸的. 但係都好多料.雞絲粉皮: 普普通通. 荵大餅: 較一般餐廳多荵. 但再多荵D會更好食. 紅油抄手: 幾好. 不過唔辣. 甜甜地.總體來說, D送算幾大碟. 所以唔算貴. 選擇亦幾多.服務幾好. 有禮貌亦幾快手. 會再黎, 因為銅鑼灣通常要等好耐. 呢間應該因為位置較其他等少D. continue reading

二人吃飯,叫了以下菜式,來得這麼快,都覺奇怪,從未試過食飯會碟碟菜式都唔得!!!1. 水晶肴肉肉太\"鞋\",竟然會切到一D薄、一D又好似午餐\肉咁厚,好笑的是,最厚那片是排在最後,似乎是師父切到最後那片,隻手才查唔到舊肉,所以又得佢\咁厚!!!而最薄那片,都成分厚,其實都唔算薄o羅。2. 小龍包內有紅色肉,蒸唔熟。3. 蔥爆牛肉最離譜呢碟,差到係「茶餐\廳」水準,蔥太腍、牛肉用梳打粉醃到過腍又無味,炒到一pad漿咁,因為個\"獻\"太重手,似乾炒牛河多d。好笑係才羅隻甜品碟來裝,野食唔係平,裝修又有派頭,咁樣上菜點得架,似屋企阿媽炒的貨式多d。(或者各位的母親大人比他炒的好上十倍!!! )4. 雞煨麵全港最差。唔用新鮮雞肉都算,你用雪藏雞咪落多d味精o羅,好多食店都係用呢招瞞天過海。食佢\地o既雞肉,好似食梗「塑膠」咁,係質感好似塑膠,兼且完全完全無雞肉味,唔知自己o趙梗乜。個湯亦無味,如果佢\地話無落味精,咁我話亦無落雞來熬湯o羅。另外,衛生方面,我同屋企人食完都搞肚痛。鍋鑼灣價錢貴唔奇,裝修又咁華麗,用料卻那麼差,廚房又馬虎、水準低,真係街邊的上海小館都水準好過佢\。真係架,在銅鑼灣,千揀萬揀,也不用揀「紅樓」,大把餐\廳好過佢\多多聲。 continue reading

我grandmother話佢好出名,而我又好懷念以前食過(係第度食)既生箭包...所以就去食上到去,星期日lunch time, 只有7-8台人.仲唸點解敢少人既.叫左幾樣野食,味道只係好一般, 份量少, 貴3個人食左$350.埋單時我都"0下"左一聲.食完都仲有少少肚餓.我可以話, 阿拉廚房(大家都係食上海野)好過佢多多聲,又大碟又好味又抵.下次吾會再去lor!!! continue reading
