日中各有各忙，一家人也很難有幾會坐埋吃餐飯分享鎖事，周日的屋企人家常便飯，除了會煮幾味外，家人為了減輕煮的「個位」負擔，所以亦會加料。今次驚喜原來是滷水豬肘子，出自要打探店名的舖頭，滷得軟熟，但味道略淡，有點羅漢果的甜味，也是一般滷水的會吃到的味道，雖然有點臊味，不過話說回來都是家人心意，也照吃無誤，謝謝。笑是給家母的心意。 continue reading
