To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度要會員先可以訂位,主要用於訓練學生,今次好彩有同事幫手訂先有幸來到。幾十個位full 哂。午餐有分a la carte同lunch set,來到一定揀4個 course ,有appetizer,soup , main course 同dessert 首先有同學仔以英文介紹menu,雖然聽得出用拼音,但都好努力,亦都有位導師係身旁指導。點完菜會送上無限麵包,有好多款麵包,而且夠熱,食不停囗Appetizer 叫咗prawn with avacado ,唔錯,但蝦有啲overlooked Soup 有chicken consommé 同minestrone,揀咗chicken consommé ,裡面有liver dumpling , 有啲蘇,同事㨂minestrone ,有好多料,好食但好滯Main course 本來想揀威靈頓牛扒,但叫完先話一份都無,我懷疑係留俾隔離枱貴客,結果轉要牛仔扒,唔夠淋甜品會送朱古力,另外再叫一款,我叫咗doshcake 再試咗同事叫嘅chocolate cake ,兩款賣相同味道都好最後仲有咖啡或茶,$140好抵,仲會有問卷收集意見
