因為工作關係去開紅磡嗰頭做嘢,但係之後又要趕住時間,所以都係決定買外賣,行落去附近睇咗一陣唔同嘅舖頭突然間見到呢一間小店,醒起曾經有人同我提過話佢嘅味道好有四川嘅感覺,所以就買來試吓。主菜叫咗個冒菜泉水雞,佢個湯啱啱開始唔知道,食咗兩啖發現要撈得勻循先至會更加好食,主要個味道真係好有正宗四川嘅感覺,泉水雞方面可能有少少辣,所以唔係好食得出有乜嘢特別嘅味道,同埋份量會比較少,下次可能都係會試吓嗌幾個餸,睇吓感覺會唔會唔同啲。另外加咗一個青瓜絲川北涼粉,睇落好似好辣咁但係食落其實都唔算太辣,味道都有中國風味,整體嚟講應該仲會返去試吓第二啲菜。 continue reading

路過紅磡,看到這家冒菜館,十分嘴饞想試😋店裏小小的,只能坐下不到20人,裝修就是簡單地道的川菜館的感覺。老闆娘是四川人,很爽朗,會和顧客聊天。餐牌是自選菜品,價格非常實惠。可以選單獨的冒菜,也可以選擇套餐,另外還有多種川菜小食。套餐包含自選菜品、米線或麵、一杯酸梅湯。午市直接選擇了4餸套餐,轉薯粉。老闆真的是四川人,小辣也是特別辣,滿滿的紅油!全程不停流鼻水。不能吃辣一定要點清湯或微辣。湯底配料很多種,一定要拌勻吃,不然沒有味道。 continue reading

🏠店名:小竹篓冒菜💰人均:80HKD/人📍地址:明安街9号地下之前看評價褒貶不一所以一直都不敢來,今天本來也是來吃聚味館的,結果週一不開門就順勢來到了小竹簍,也可能是一種緣份吧。味道挺好的,唯一的感覺就是有點少,但是其他方面還不錯呢,店裏只有阿姨一個人,也不知道是不是傳說中的那個阿姨 但是呢味道算蠻正宗的了(個人觀點)但是真的沒吃飽啊,81塊沒吃飽,可能是自己食量太大了吧。下次還想來試試更多菜品 continue reading

大大話話呢間冒菜都食咗十幾次啦,每次黎食都覺得好頂癮比起出邊既麻辣燙、冒菜都抵食,經常有好多內地留學生幫襯,應該有思鄉既味道次次都係食小辣,食過一次中辣真係辣到食唔到,可能係我太廢佢既麻做得好出色,就算小辣都食到個咀麻曬,真係孖潤腸咁,但食得多太油,啲腸胃唔太頂到,第日真係會爆菊花所以都係少食多滋味啦,每次食親都要跟飯先夠飽,就咁食淨餸個份量就少左啲,勝在多選擇呢間真係學生飯堂黎,希望個份量可以多啲,海帶同肥牛唔洗得一舊啦! continue reading
