To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天過去外買蒸飯, 貪佢平平o地$18包埋o野飲去counter遞單取食物,居然成個counter冇人(午市點幾鐘wor~!!), 我只能站著呆等!!遠遠看見cafe經理在燒味部, 佢居然dup低頭係度啜緊檸檬茶.....最後走去叫咗企o係水吧部o既人,終於有蒸飯la~~ 不過!!!冇羹!!! (唔係掛~~~噤大間餐廳冇羹?!?!)算la~~用外賣北菇排骨飯用膠盒裝(分兩隔o個種), 份量OK~但唔知點解佢擺到兩隔都有飯同餸!雖然話外賣係由原本蒸飯盅度倒過去, 都唔係要求賣相要好似焗飯o禁靚仔,但都唔駛整到D餸o係哂盒底, 完全俾白飯蓋住, 之後就o錦淋豉油落面頭個白飯度......打開個盒好似淨係得豉油撈飯咁!!! 唉~撩開下面都幾多冬菇ge, 但排骨就肥咗D同硬咗D!好彩豉油唔係好鹹, 所以個"豉油撈飯"都可以ge~

外賣北菇排骨飯用膠盒裝(分兩隔o個種), 份量OK~
但唔知點解佢擺到兩隔都有飯同餸!
雖然話外賣係由原本蒸飯盅度倒過去, 都唔係要求賣相要好似焗飯o禁靚仔,
但都唔駛整到D餸o係哂盒底, 完全俾白飯蓋住, 之後就o錦淋豉油落面頭個白飯度......
打開個盒好似淨係得豉油撈飯咁!!! 唉~

撩開下面都幾多冬菇ge, 但排骨就肥咗D同硬咗D!
好彩豉油唔係好鹹, 所以個"豉油撈飯"都可以ge~
Other Info. : 明明呢間係學校食堂, 梗係咩學生職員都有機會幫趁ga la~~ 但有做保安o既職員表示佢o地被拒絕o係度用餐 !!! 咩原因呢? 唔通客人都有階級之分???
