上星期三同老婆係朋友Gym房做完運動,做完運動梗係好肚餓啦,我冇乜意見問下老婆想食咩,佢開頭都係冇咩心水,我地行下行下就到左金馬倫道,依到眼見都好多食肆,不過可能已經好夜,好多食肆都就來關門打烊了,我話老婆我地都做完運動,仲食咁多好野,真係好難減肥喇,我地兩公婆把口冇時停,一有時間就周圍搵下邊到有好野食,食下食下就變到我兩公婆肥獅大隻,而家都知驚了,每星期三都去我朋友間Gym房道做下運動,我個朋友係個健身教練,我地減肥都指意佢架喇~我提議老婆,不如食茶餐廳丫,都咁夜啦,最緊要係快,於事我地見到間紅磡冰室,都晚上十點幾,都有咁多人,心諗應該一定有佢嘅魅力嘅~我地就叫左兩碟即炒野,老婆食鰻魚汁豬頸肉炒烏東,而我就叫左個炒貴勻,炒烏東一上枱就聞到陣陣香味,感覺好有獲氣呢,食落鰻魚汁帶香甜,烏東採用幼身的,食落口滑身兼且有點煙韌,很特別,豬頸肉十分爽而份量都很多,沒有油膩的感覺,不錯,不錯.最後我碟炒貴勻都到了,這碟炒貴勻仲不得了,香味撲鼻,咖哩粉香味充滿了我的嗅覺,食落有一點微辣,但十分野味,有雞肉,火腿,份量足料,河粉香滑而且獲氣十足,食食下我老婆都忍唔住飛象過河,分一杯羹,整體評價十分高

朝早10點幾條街冇邊幾間茶餐可以揀,見到個招牌似係港式茶餐廳就諗住入去試下,入去嗰時話兩位,以為冇咩特別,坐低之後就開始受罪。餐牌所有野都冇,得早餐,散叫啲野冇都唔緊要,係啲人啲態度好有問題。叫咗早餐,豪無特別,但態度可以話係差到無可再差,個中年肥侍應好似極度唔想你幫襯咁,語氣極差不特止,出張單係"劈"落你張枱,野食都係好大力好冇禮貌咁掉抵。呢間野明顯係唔想做香港人生意,個個口黑面黑冇禮貌冇家教。其實可以喺門口寫住"唔想做生意,請唔好入黎"算啦。

先說食物。沙嗲牛肉米粉大大碟,米粉是用質地較幼的銀絲米粉;牛肉很大片,做得嫩滑和有肉味,但略嫌不夠鹹。沙嗲汁很深色,與其他茶記的沙嗲汁有點不同,味道不辣甚至有少少甜,可能配搭公仔麵會好吃點。

至於網友說的服務差,我亦同意樓面伙計不算好客,笑容也是欠奉。但原來,人真的不可以貌相。我見到一個沒穿制服的侍應,從頭到尾都黑著面,離去前我有心逗他說話,便向他讚炒蛋好吃。他沒說多謝,卻竟然很認真地,教我如何才可以炒到類似的滑蛋呢!

以往常到紅冰的黃埔分店幫襯,現在不再在紅磡讀書也會掛念那個常餐B。今日終於再有機會食到😂炒蛋一如以往的滑嫩,用叉潷起亦不會太散,充滿蛋香。蒜蓉包的蒜味不算濃烈,味道剛好。如果可以再烤得香脆一點就完美。以配菜來說算不錯😎主角瑞士雞翼撈丁的麵條沒有舊店的乾身,吃下有點黏感。每條麵條都掛有瑞士汁,而味道亦算足夠。3隻中size雞翼都夠味,但偏乾,肉質不太嫩滑。奶油酥咬下香脆,與煉奶是絕配。份量亦剛好,唯側邊位較少煉奶,如搽得均衡點或能倒一點在表面上更好😋整體而言是有舊店的味道,但質素有上升的空間。價錢方面不算便宜,與食物質素成正比。作為紅冰fan,已經好期待下一個的紅冰常餐😍

主角瑞士雞翼撈丁的麵條沒有舊店的乾身,吃下有點黏感。每條麵條都掛有瑞士汁,而味道亦算足夠。3隻中size雞翼都夠味,但偏乾,肉質不太嫩滑。

紅磡冰室,第一時間聯想到應該是位於紅磡。除了紅磡有店外,其分店也遍佈港九。幾年前曾在紅磡店吃過,極多人推介的瑞士雞翼撈丁、炒蛋多士,確是不錯的。進駐了尖沙咀,餐廳面積很大,裝潢時尚,座位全是卡位,坐得舒服。看到常餐有蕃茄牛通、瑞士雞翼撈丁外,還有花膠撈丁 (因已很久沒吃,不知道常餐有更新)價錢只需$49!! 內心沒有太期望有很多花膠。一看到,真是有點驚訝,是有三塊頗長的鮑魚汁花膠。花膠口感軟硬適中,醬汁就沒什麼特色,純粹為了公仔麵不會太乾。炒蛋多士是先到的,但想先吃撈麵,所以放到最後才吃,結果炒蛋開始出水。整體而言,有蛋味、很滑嫩。身為蛋控,以高質的炒蛋作這餐的終結,很滿足可惜的是 — 常餐只供應至晚上6時。晚上想吃的話,只能從照片中回味。

炒蛋多士是先到的,但想先吃撈麵,所以放到最後才吃,結果炒蛋開始出水。整體而言,有蛋味、很滑嫩。
身為蛋控,以高質的炒蛋作這餐的終結,很滿足


可惜的是 — 常餐只供應至晚上6時。
晚上想吃的話,只能從照片中回味。
