去到坐低,見到餐牌再度漲價第一感覺已經唔好。點了商務的牛舌套餐。沙律:不過不失,溫度夠凍,只是比起經濟餐多了一塊蕃茄,換了一款沙律醬而已。前菜:漬物。唔知大家覺得胡麻醬豆腐算唔算?小食:「磯燒鮑魚」。沒有鐵板燒的溫度,肉質軟嫩,但沒有鮑魚本有彈牙的口感。食落比較似啲仿鮑咁。菜:「露荀炒雜菇」。味道是可以的,溫度可以,係現炒的。份量就大概10條8條。肉:「牛舌」。好似一口牛咁一粒粒。厚大,中間透粉紅,標準7成。爽口,唔韌。很好。澱粉:「和牛炒飯」。來了一個經濟板的普通炒飯。請經理來了解,不太願意的更換過來。然後出現在面前的新和牛炒飯是原本的炒飯上面加了三粒「和牛」。而這三粒和牛是免治牛肉的size,並且只係好似牛扒邊緣嗰啲碎屑,全粒肥膏連啲啲肉,仲要有筋。我唔太理解如何係和牛炒飯。甜品:「黑芝麻麻糬」。個人黎講不太懂得欣賞,成舊麻糬外面都係黑芝麻,麻糬入面有一些cream,但半融不融。埋單$169。最精彩係簽卡的時候,無啦啦要要簽名,好彩簽之前見到張單寫 $1690。唔知有心定無意,呢啲錯誤都係唔應該犯,仲要得兩個客,唔係繁忙時間。即刻叫佢更正返,但都無句Sorry,話咩平時唔洗簽名,覺
