其實是早兩個月幫襯的,今天才想起寫食評兩個人去食,一個選了金湯,一個點了秘製沙嗲湯底,都是重口味之選。兩款湯底都濃郁美味,非常滿意!店員亦相當貼心,建議沙嗲湯底配搭比較不會吸收水份的油麵,吃起來美味得來不怕膩!每款車仔餸都很美味,能嚐到廚師的心思呢除了食物質素高以外,懷舊飲品也是超水準!涼粉冰用花奶調製,非常可口喝完超滿足!不得不提裝修相當懷舊,食車仔麵居然都有得打卡!不過店舖比較細,要在不打擾其他客人的情況下拍照啊!

I Don’t Care Noodles Stall has the decoration with old day HK style. Of coz cart noodles are the traditional HK cuisine as well. The dishes such as chicken feet and pig intestine are good and tasteful but the pork collar meat and the squid are not soft enough, still has some room of improvement.

叫咗少辣,個人覺得都幾辣,嘴唇同條脷即刻辣到有啲啲痛🥵但朋友覺得可以接受😂
一入口係超級濃嘅孜然味,但味道比較流於表面,雞肉唔醃得唔夠入味,有好多炸蒜,但無乜蒜味,整體嚟講可以一試嘅,因為雞翼表面炸到好脆,入面都仲keep到好juicy👍🏼

我個人本身最鍾意食金湯,但係好多間舖頭嘅金湯煮法都唔同,而呢間就係用咗南瓜🎃加雞🐔湯。飲落去甜甜嘅南瓜味,再加上濃郁😌嘅雞湯味,非常容易入口,而且南瓜同埋雞湯非常融和,真係可以飲晒成碗。👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽瑞士雞翼非常入味,滷水味都好重。秘製香醬鳳爪❤️非常出色,啲鳳爪好入味,味道好似酒樓嘅鳳爪一樣好重豆豉味,就算浸咗湯🫠都唔會冇咗嗰個味道,難怪係小店推介。咖喱魷魚🦑正常發揮,冇乜特別驚喜。但係午餐肉🐷就非常吸引,因為餐肉經炸過處理,半圓形有兩塊好大塊,我都係見到隔離枱叫非常吸引,所以後加呢個餸。麵底方面我選擇咗油面,份量其實都幾大碗,啲面唔會煮得過淋。

雖然店員建議油麵
但今次想食少啲澱粉質

所以叫咗兩碗淨餸:
豬大腸、豬手、紫菜
蘿蔔、冬菇、瑞士雞翼
咖喱魷魚、時蔬、韭菜

一個金湯底另外一個麻辣湯底
兩個都好好味
雖然我好鍾意食辣
但係個金湯真係無敵
竟然贏咗麻辣湯!

尖椒唔會太辣,甜豉油好惹味

三餸一麵 $45,價錢尚可接受。
看到沽清板,咖喱魷魚、麻辣豬手都賣晒。一心為咗咖喱魷魚而來,惟有下次再試☹️好彩落單更夠,因為坐多陣就連雞翼尖同咖喱齋都沽清了...

湯底比平時的車仔麵清偏清淡。男朋友點了清湯加腩汁,味道很淡口。我的加了古法辣汁和咖喱齋味道才更豐富、味濃。

#滷水雞翼尖 夠入味,而且不會煲到爛,還是骨肉分明。#咖喱齋 很軟熟,可見其新鮮度高,沾上微辣的湯底更惹味,但怪咁受歡迎。惟#醬燒豬頸肉 不夠香口,實為普通。

終於係旺角可以食到三不館唔洗專登入荃灣大埔咁遠喇店舖裝潢充滿懷舊氣息不過座位太迫了食物個人口味😌濃香沙嗲湯底非常濃郁又夠香大廚秘製咖喱齋2款齋都有點,酸齋冇乜特別但個咖喱齋非常入味哩度鹵水汁夠哂濃豬大腸處理得唔錯又冇臭味又炆得夠淋瑞士汁雞翼好入味,太好味所以食完再叫多份😋另外醇香雪濃金湯,味道似南瓜味不過比較啖口陳皮魚蛋個辣汁夠喇但冇乜陳皮味炸虎皮尖椒係越食越辣😋🌶哩個辣到食唔哂😁建議有朋友都食辣先好叫總括哩度食物都多選擇,下次可以再來試埋其它嘢食先😊

本身唔係太好咖喱齋,但係朋友介紹完一次之後覺得嚿齋吸哂啲湯真係好正(邪惡), 今次試呢間嚿齋本身都已經有香濃咖喱味,吸埋湯底嘅甜辣味,一咬落去爆啲汁出嚟,真係好正🤤 咖喱魷魚有魚身同鬚,真係好大件好厚身,勁正,咖哩味好入味,好彈牙,就算係最厚嘅魚身位都完全唔韌,應該係我食過間車仔麵入面魷魚最好食嘅頭5位😋 豬大腸好厚身,好入味,就算湯底咁濃味都會食得出豬大腸本身嘅滷水味,好正,而且望落都幾乾淨,唔係「食神」豬大腸😂 

湯底都算OK,唔係hea到得茄膏味嘅茄湯,有少少稠,不過都係無蕃茄仔咁正🙈 麻辣汁小辣,下次可以試吓中辣都ok,麻感只有少許 
份量唔係幾夠食,想即刻食多碗😂😂 不過相比起其他車仔麵店,可能食個3餸都可能要6, 70蚊,呢度$45有3餸其實都好平👍

上網見唔少人都話呢間分店質素無大埔/荃灣嗰兩間咁好,話啲湯底同餸都唔夠好,因為我未試過嗰兩間,所以俾唔到意見,不過我個日去嘅時候都仲算係新開張,同埋無乜客人,食落湯底同餸都算正常,遲啲搵日去大埔/荃灣試完再同大家分享吓係咪真係差好遠😂

呢間三不館車仔麵係大埔起家,跟係荃灣開分店,今次殺入旺角,雖然舖仔細細但裝修有特色, 地方乾淨企理,piggy今次淨係食餸,所以張相影得好樣衰😅 piggyy已經盡力將佢排得靚啲,但因為無麵啲餸沉曬底🤣🤣anyway個沙嗲湯真係好得,好香濃而唔鹹,濃得嚟係可以飲嗰隻piggy飲咗半碗😋(如果無叫可樂應該可以飲哂🤪) 鳳爪都一定要食好入味😍
