兩口子去太古城睇戲, 未睇之前先醫肚, 當我地無意見既時候行過呢間餐廳, 見到依度裝修都OK, 有SET DINNER, 200蚊一位度, 價錢都可以接受, 加上唔洗等位, 所以就試一試!!依度唔太多人, 枱與枱之間有足夠空間, 環境真係算唔錯, 静静地, 老公點了一個三色刺身飯, 三文魚刺身好新鮮肥美, 帆立貝厚身, 又鮮甜加淡淡海水味, 可惜是海膽份量真係少得過份, 我點了一個壽司定食, 入面件海膽同佢係一樣份量, 比較之下我個壽司定食價錢一樣真係抵食好多, 甜蝦又爽口鮮甜彈牙, 吞拿魚入口即溶, 依個價錢, 性價比算幾高, 餐仲包每人一個沙律同面豉湯, 刺身沙律都好新鮮配芝麻醬酸酸地好開胃!! 面豉湯真係有驚喜, 第一係夠熱, 第二係夠熱, 第三都係夠熱!!! 普遍餐廳面豉湯都係溫熱, 但依度係超熱, 湯夠熱就是好喝!!!除左食物質素好之外, 服務都很好, 唔洗出聲你食完一樣就會即刻同你收走, 又會不定加熱茶, 環境又很舒服, 所以會選擇再來!!

一碗魚生飯,如果材料新鮮又足料,其實係可以好好食.如果加埋賣相,就可以賣貴好多但唔係有樣就得,要有內在先得.就好似呢碗位於太古城既市川日本料理 Ichikawa 既出品咁,$220既千色魚生飯,雖然個粉藍色碗加埋佈置真係無得頂,但係食材唔夠新鮮,片得比較薄,又無時令既魚.三文魚仲要重覆.點解可以重覆咁灰...仲話千色...亦都由於無咩味,用黎夾埋飯食真係唔太美味喔比較好既一款就係蝦,夠哂甜,而且CREAMY.其他既魚都無咩味道...其實只要比足料點,成件事可以好唔同

最正既改變係以前咖啡要加錢,而家可以揀甜品或咖琲,我呢個咖啡迷就不用加錢飲啦!因為平左,性價比高左,會去多啲!

I should have listened to my own advice and gotten the sushi since there's less of a chance they can mess up on raw fish than cooked food. But since I was dining with a group and we all got a sushi platter to share, I decided to get something else. For lunch sets, they had rice bowls, noodles, grilled fish and teppanyaki which wasn't cheap ranging from $100-$200 around this area. The sushi we had was actually quite good, but the salmon and angus rib eye teppanyaki ($168) I ordered was disastrous

The fish and beef were both so dry and flavorless - even dipping into the accompanying tangy sauce didn't help. Totally wasn't worth the money.

放假天,跟老公想到附近酒店吃個brunch,想不到在這平日的中午全場爆滿,唯有到處走走再作打算。忽然想起很久沒有惠顧這間日本餐廳了,看到餐牌有鐵板燒喔!我倆就最愛鐵板,價錢不算貴,決定一試。點了兩個餐,可惜不是逐樣燒逐樣食,有些食物上到枱已變凍了,不過賣相都很吸引:雜錦海鮮鐵板餐-蝦、带子、墨魚 (不過不失,沒有驚喜,可取的是墨魚燒得很棒,囗感還是QQ的)鵝肝牛肉薄燒鐵板餐-鵝肝 (非常可口,所謂的outside burn inside rare, 可是墊底的多士燒得末夠脆) 、牛肉薄燒 (薄簿的牛肉片,包著蔥花及蒜片一起燒,不過牛肉燒得過熟及若然蒜片加多一點會更好)最後附有甜品:雪糕糯米慈(每人兩粒)我倆決定下次再來試試鐵板晚餐

Other Info. : 想要泊車優惠,才知悉要消費滿五百元才做到,少$1都唔得。老老實實,二人晚餐消費四百餘元,需不算多,但亦不算少,沒想過會有比問題,對此安排有點不滿。 隨道投拆太古城中心的泊車優惠,又要限商號,又要限銀碼,有的更要分早晚市,咁大個商場,可否大方點?!

個滑蛋豬柳好正,豬柳上面既蛋唔會煮得過火,同埋個豬柳表面仲有脆既感覺,唔會淋晒

做人不可太老實,做茶碗蒸亦然。日式餐廳志在晚餐時段,這個一向心裡有數。但HKD 140 一客午市燒鯖魚定食,魚的大小,遠不及同業,味道亦未見特別出色。茶碗蒸的蛋更做得老、實兼備,吃光的理由,大概只有:不想浪費食物。

朋友同我講有間日本料理好好食..我同幾個朋友就試下...中午去到才知道要預約.不過門口有個穿西裝女人就好無禮貌要我地等佢聽完電話才帶我地入去.坐低之後就叫個waiters落單.點知道佢叫我地等等.因為當時有好多人落單.我地就等.等到佢有時間我地再叫佢.點之佢就黑面我同幾個朋友都好怕.就好快叫左幾個咗個set lunch.10分鐘就有得食.壽司有好多,我朋友叫左鐵板餐,跟炒飯,不過貴左少少,味道ok,但我個湯有啲咸.其他都好好..差唔多食完之後想叫人加茶.我朋友就叫左剛才落單果個人加茶.點之佢見到當睇唔到.我再叫佢加茶.佢就好唔原意禁加左.我真係好想投訴佢我朋友同我講無用.因為門口個女人都係禁.所以無用..不過我之後見到黑面人個名叫(Axxx).番到公司我地再講起個黑面人.叫佢地唔好再去.我朋友同我講可以係OPENRICE投訴等其他人都知道..今次禁0既質素可以用不知所謂去形容.食物好有什麼用服務禁差.我地永遠都唔會再去

返到屋企,將之前幾張單都搵番晒出0黎睇一次,結果就俾我發現 佢地不但靜靜雞漲價 ~47%,而且仲偷工減料 (下圖是我 2010 年 8 月第一次食0既時候影0既,之後兩次都食得唔開心,所以無影).............
......... 加價,我當因為租金和成本上漲,但係駛唔駛加 咁多;加還加,都唔駛一邊加價一邊偷工減料呱,蝦頭又黑,0的魚又無味!

來到太古城經過這門口多次,每次也說下次再來便試這間!但總是有點陰差陽錯,這麼多年過去今天終於來到了.其實這也與自己不太喜歡在香港吃日本料理有關.因試過太多次就算肯付出較多也未能吃得滿意.終於來到一試薄燒西冷定食----有麵豉湯、飯、茶碗蒸、蟹肉沙律及薄燒西冷.沙律醋帶點柚子味很清新,白飯煮得太黏身.而這西冷真的太薄切,比一片牛肉還要薄!欠油脂的牛肉煮得太熟只有一個下場----柴皮!極咸的汁亦完全掩蓋了洋蔥本身的甜味.茶碗蒸----用料豐富內有蝦、雞肉、冬菇、銀杏及魚蛋片,蛋蒸得火侯剛好吃起來很滑身.雞扒拉麵定食----看見這清澈的醬油湯底已有點不詳預感,試一口果然味道是淡如開水.直身的拉麵有點像蕎麥麵的模樣,但吃起來亳不咽韌.雞扒----自稱來自"法國"的雞扒吃起來並不感到特別嫩滑,調味亦偏淡.幸外皮尚算煎得夠脆.紅荳糕----實、甜----只有這感覺.論食物質素是未去到差的地步,百多元一個定食在這區可算是合理消費,但看見這裡的食評有這麽多笑臉,看來我是不懂欣賞這店的好!
