約咗好耐,去試呢一間喺社交平台好多片嘅餐廳,一早預留咗一隻斑馬流心瀨尿蝦去食,入去坐低無耐就首先叫杯嘢飲先,不過冇影相叫咗杯asahi三個人每款串燒都叫咗一至兩串,整體嚟講都算好食,但係感覺上又冇乜太特別燒鰻魚佢哋話好好食,但係我唔食鰻魚,所以冇食到^_^燒牛肩胛,呢個麻麻哋,比較嚡身厚,同埋冇乜特別呢個係雞配京蔥燒,正正常常普普通通,冇乜特別呢個串好食,嗰個蛋黃配油漬,好香濃,點嗰個雞肉骨丸好味全晚最有驚喜係呢一個雞皮串,好香脆再嚟一串牛舌,係好食嘅,夠厚身同爽口然後再叫多串燒雞見,偏向嚡身啲,都係比較鍾意食雞頸,雞頸會嫩滑好多,都有叫,但係唔記得咗影相全晚嘅主角終於出現,呢一隻斑馬流心瀨尿蝦,好特別,第一次食,啲膏好似芝士咁,但係唔算好香滑,但係可以試一次

呢間串燒店,主廚真係好有水準,以前喺銅鑼灣已經好出名,所以專登過海黎食佢整既串燒。佢主打嘅雞串燒,仲有特別部位,真係超好食!主廚好用心,每串都燒得啱啱好,外面焦脆,裡面嫩滑。我特別鐘意食燒雞翼、雞蠔、雞心動脈、白鱔、五花腩,鹽燒汁燒都可以食到啲鮮味!仲可以預訂飛機貨,燒日本蠔都好好味😋佢哋自己熬製嘅雞湯超好味,可以配烏冬或者燒飯糰。店內仲有好多款唔同嘅酒同cocktail,配埋串燒真係正😋會定期過黎幫襯

得知一気店內的師父由銅鑼灣轉了來做,我貴為佢的捧場客,昨晚便到來吃串燒,師父功力依然保持水準。佢有好多手作都是我欣賞的,而我最欣賞就係佢嘅燒雞翼,我敢說是我本人吃過咁多間串燒店之中最好味的,皮脆多汁,試咗之後返唔到轉頭,我總共食咗四串。另外,不得不提佢有一個燒雞冠,也是我最喜愛的,味道非常特别好吃,而且唔係周圍的串燒店都有得食。還有燒豆腐、燒菠蘿、燒大蝦也必選的,整體串燒都好出色,最後還有一個雞湯烏冬,也是非常好味。

一間唔起眼嘅餐廳, 經過都唔知道佢係一間餐廳, 我哋一行五人, 想搵個地方食下嘢傾下偈, 呢間舖仔好適合。我哋叫咗 大蔥雞串燒 煙肉萬能蔥卷 龍蝦 扇貝 燒鳥皮 牛舌 烤魷魚 燒鱔 天婦羅 等等。主菜未上之前叫咗三款小食, 我哋叫咗榮螺 枝豆 炸魚仔雖然舖頭細細味道一流, 所有嘢都熱辣辣逐樣逐樣上,又唔會急叫我哋走,服務都好好, 不停幫我哋換碟,加茶加水。我覺得最好食就係大蔥雞肉串 雞翼 &煙肉萬能蔥卷, 好香燒得好好食, 另外有一個雞蠔肉都好特別, 佢哋話呢個雞係可以生食,所以表面燒到脆卜卜 裏面半生熟,肉質好淋好 juicy 最後一人一杯豆腐雪糕。咁就畫上完美嘅句號雖然價錢比較貴, 食物質素高,會再嚟,希望繼續keep住個質素ps: 如果想食特別嘅海鮮可以預早預訂, 本來想食斑馬瀨尿蝦,要提前預訂,今日食唔到

路過見到舖頭好特別,開門睇吓,啱啱好得兩個位老闆招呼非常熱情,除咗介紹有乜嘢特別好食,仲每支酒介紹我哋分別!果然真係好特別,好多嘢原來都要預留⋯第一次食燒咁大隻瀨尿蝦,仲要有好多膏😍煙肉萬能蔥,好多汁,味道夠香,連續食咗兩次!燒雞肝入口即溶,完全係好高質素!估唔到仲有原條燒魚,唔係一夜干,皮好脆,肉好嫩滑,條魚真係好新鮮!當我哋飲完清酒,想試吓轉其他酒,老闆介紹有一啲唔係成日有貨嘅白酒,配搭埋串燒真係好好味
