Signature Dishes
Great deli to goes to if you need some cheese / salami for wine pairing or making pasta, great selection there. Great service with very helpful suggestion, you can actually ask for samples. They are the best deli in happy valley (limited choice really) IMO. They are not a fully size restaurants nor supermarket, however they do have cold cut sandwiches and have some dessert .

繼續記錄友人house-warming的精彩美食片段，由於某種原因，與FL打消原有主意，改由跑馬地意式雜貨店買了兩盒甜品帶給主人家： Tiramisu($58)-份量頗大約有500g，以價位計好抵!!但更驚喜是味道：雖然Tiramisu筆起沒有一層隔一層的強烈層次，Mascarpone味道亦較淡，是款微芝香微酒香微咖啡香的組合，然而整體口味卻是異常柔美動人，多吃也不會膩，而且是越吃越想吃!太喜歡了，見大家又似乎很飽滯，不知不覺我獨自吞了半盒..!!! Blueberry cheesecake($38)-份量較小連Tiramisu的一半也沒有，但入口盡是濃郁又鮮香的芝士味，最難得濃郁得來同時口感保持creamy細膩，當然厚身帶微脆的餅底、面層甜美藍莓醬層，亦是吸引力所在，唯一阻撓大家吃更多的，只是因為味道較濃膩。不難想像，見到超班甜品吃剩的場面，我又要主動出馬清場，估計整盒又吞了四成! 真的很推介上述兩坐甜品，其高水準絕對是令人喜出望外，搞到我忍不住將禮物各吞約一半，可說是另類的「喧賓奪主」，真不好意思。不過此店的甜品著實令人難忘，有機會必要試它更多的甜品，以及其他意式食品及原材料，反正店內貨源齊偏得很! 總之，當日品嚐了這兩款超美味甜點，再加上各食友的心意，以及主人家客氣準備的水果、上海特色小食、優質芝士與酒及茶，真是飽足又開心到不得了一日，十分期待下次再聚! 更多當日美食片段可見：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/gourmet-yan/article?mid=16985

無意中我知道了此店某些麵包是從北角購入的1. Walnut bread $15 ~ 未食已聞到好香的麵包味,而且好粗纖維.但包身略乾.2. Scone $12/4pcs ~ 好抵食,又唔甜又唔會有好重的牛油味.個人認為這款尚算正宗,唔似市面買到那些硬班班似餅干的口感般.3. 合桃法包 ~ 好彩不硬, 而且鋪滿白芝麻, 又脆又香口.

Got a half loaf of cinnamon ginger rye bread, haven't thought it would be that aromatic, chewy rye bread with a light taste of ginger and cinnamon, I got it spread with my newly brought rose petal jam, still the taste wouldn't mask each other and was surprisingly good.Tried it with sesame spread, again, quite a nice combination.As I have known the bread was made by Luba's bakery@ North bread, another nice treat was its lime yoghurt cake.

去開跑馬地食飯，食完後便來這裡行行，看到有隻意大利出品的雪榚，感覺幾特別，其它地方也很少見，便當食甜品，買來試試。外表的檸檬味很濃，感覺都幾假，但就幾開胃，食得飽飽，都算幾好；內餡是一層非常甜的檸檬醬，真係試少少，便要立刻舉手投降。看到這裡可以坐下來叫食物來吃，又唔多人價錢又唔貴，地方都幾好，下次都可以來這裡試試。
