今時今日租貴，食客又為咗影相放上fb 多過係為食，好多餐廳都係裝修得好有型，菜式得個樣。想食到真材實料又唔太貴，買少見少，呢間個名唔識讀又難記嘅餐廳，喺罕有選擇。之前幫襯過灣仔分店，印象好好。今次去完附近QB剪髮，先知原來上環都有分店。入到去，人客唔多，有嘅都係好似我咁嘅中年人。先送上法包$0, 點橄欖油，紅酒醋，朗一朗肚，重點係唔洗錢，而家好多地方嗰兩塊包都略你。Greek salad $98 feta芝士，黑水欖，配以青瓜，番茄，洋蔥，加橄欖油醋，冇花巧，用料新鮮，好味。侍應態度友善，問我d 嘢食ok唔ok, 我話ok, 不過份量差d... 佢話可以添多d法包。我有d唔好意思，話唔要，只係要杯cappuccino, 一於飲奶飲飽。杯cap $42, 冇拉花，但做得好好，泡沫細緻，上面沈滿朱古力粉。8oz 杯子用上double shot espresso, 夠晒濃，感覺踏實。店內兼營辦館，我臨走仲買咗包意大利脆條，邊行邊食，$30, 平過馬莎好多。呢種脆條用橄欖油做，特別香，又健康，唔似得普通餅乾用成本較低嘅棕櫚油。最後埋單冇加一，咁好服務竟然免加一，我唔記得畀貼士，有d內疚，咪喺o

夜晚在上環搵食，想起了已有一段時間沒去的Il Bel Pease，這既是一家打正旗號只賣意大利產品的雜貨店，又是提供意式簡餐的食店。食物水凖一向穏定，價錢實惠，而且標榜其正宗意大利味道；筆者不是意大利人，不敢妄論這裏正宗與否，我只知道每次在il bel開餐都吃得開懷，這便足夠了。今次一行兩人分享了一個mushroom soup, 一個tortellini和一客Seafood Penne，也點了一杯紅洒。磨菇湯不易出事，只要不太'稀'且菇味夠濃就可以了。在這兒喝到的合格有餘了。至於Tortellini 和seafood Penne, 都是茄汁底的，味道相近，都是很穏陣的選擇。但相對而言, 那seafood Penne 的材料較多，味道比較豐富。一湯一洒二主菜，埋單400有找也算物有所值。這年頭要找到一家味道，環境，服務和價錢都能做到above average的地方可不容易，這或許就是il bel group 長做長有的recipe 。

特别一提，这里的面包非常好吃Assorted cold cut platter138 两款 168 三款， 可自选芝士或任何cold cut 配搭Guocchi with Gorgonzola cream with walnut $92Guocchi 是一種義大利傳統食物。通常由馬鈴薯，太白粉及麵粉製成，有時加入麵包糠，製成指頭大小顆粒狀。它常被翻譯成「義大利馬鈴薯餃子」，但更像日本在北海道一帶同樣是用馬鈴薯與太白粉製成的「馬鈴薯糰子」，不過與Guocchi 不同的是，一般用水煮，馬鈴薯糰子一般是切成片狀後用火爐烤。 Sea food Stew $220雖然有點貴，但係個龍蝦湯底非常好味。Spaghetti 'carbonara' with egg, bacon, cheese and black pepper口感及味道非常豐富Signature Tiramisu 順帶一提，這餐廳設超市，這甜品非常值得帶回家。Lemon Tiramisu 沒有太重檸檬香氣，試完就算了外賣有九折比較喜歡上環這間店，雖然店舖面積比較細，只得一位服務員，但招呼非常細心，對我們選擇食品的問題，非常耐心解答。如

簡簡單單吃個 lunch ~  Beef Lasagna驚喜在焗烤過的千層麵有咬口, 用比較貼切的詞語是煙韌, 蕃茄牛肉醬濃稠臊香, 焗烤混搭芝士所出來的效果勁有層次感 ~Tiramisu入口軟綿奶酪豐, 味道難以形容, 有濃濃酒香更屬少見 ~本篇完 ~

要在中西區找一家價錢實惠，又味道正宗的義大利餐廳真的不容易。千挑萬選下來到這家位於上環的il bel paese跟好友慶生。難得味道不錯，有誠意又不算貴，埋單每人$250左右。相片漏拍了朋友點的蘑菇湯，和整餐最美味的tiramisu，有點可惜。

It's a nice lunch there. We ordered the Chef Special set with mushroom soup, risotto milanese with shrimp & saffron and the drink.The mushroom soup is creamy with mild mushroom taste. The risotto is creamy with cheese but I can't see any saffron there. The risotto cooked well as not too hard and not too soft. After eating all risotto, I felt quite full and actually the taste is yummy.

樓下沒有位,帶左我地上去樓上private room, 樓上既房祇有1張枱可坐10人。我地叫 Chef special set lunch, 選了湯及意大利飯risotto with shrimp & saffron。磨菇湯味道唔錯,比較清而不是太濃的。Risotto 味道creamy, 但唔見有紅色的saffron 番紅花,飯煮得軟硬適中。

本身同朋友行街行行下覺得有啲攰想搵間餐廳仔坐下見到喱間意大利餐廳都幾特別一於入去試下因為唔係好肚餓所以就嗌左2個甜品當係cafe咁樣餐廳裝修好有異國風情除左一邊有枱凳另外一邊就有賣外國食材同埋酒真係好有風味個Creme brulee 比想像中大好多原本以為係一個個細杯裝點知係一個大嘅Pie切出黎可能我本身好鍾意食蛋我覺得喱個好好味唔會太甜唔知點解好似食緊一個巨型蛋撻咁個friend就食左chocolate cake個經理話係gluten free就算gluten過敏嘅人都可以食朋友話食落有好濃嘅朱古力味同埋好實不過我自己就嫌佢太甜

I had always wanted to try the chain of Il bel paese hearing so many positive comments from friends. 復活節假期第一餐!最近好耐都冇食過我好鐘意食嘅意大利菜喇, 趁睇戲前有啲時間去試下經過好多次但係都未試嘅 Il Bel Paese先.點内氣氛好好, 可能因為店内有賣啲意大利雜貨所以會有啲置身係意大利市場嘅感覺.我地點咗Roast Pumpkin with caramelized onion, 同鴨肉扁意粉(唔記得個實名 XD ).主菜未到先上麵包, 算係皮脆内軟.Roast Pumpkin with caramelized onion, 份量好大味道亦好. 焦糖化咗嘅洋蔥同淡淡嘅南瓜味好夾,係諒嫌洋蔥太少.鴨肉扁意粉, 意粉好軟(有啲似舊式茶餐廳食肉醬意嘅軟度), 有落橙皮幼絲做提味令到成個意粉有啲似陳皮鴨腿飯. 唔啱口味!總結: 非常一般, 特別係軟嘅意粉真係接受唔到....冇乜事都唔會再來.

Accidentally passing by this shop, my friends and I went for a random lunch here. There were real lots of choices for food other than the set lunch, and the desserts displayed inside the cabinet looked really mouth-watering!  放學經過上環時，看到這意大利餐廳，被櫥窗內的麵包吸引到，決定入去食個lunch!！ 試吓意大利既菜式！點了一個Eggplant Parmigiana ! 上主菜前，先來了香草麵包，很鬆軟可口。主菜亦很快送上，Eggplant Parmigiana 的外型有點像意大利千層麵，配上了Tomato sauce, 每一層茄子都夾着很多mushroom，主菜味道濃郁同時帶有爽口的mushroom，真是十分有驚喜！而且，tomato sauce 的襯托非常夾，整道菜十分香口！下次再來吃意大利菜時，會再試試其他賣相吸引的甜品

那天，我走到上環皇后大道中 il Bel Paese，印象中這裡供應麵包！ 看看有什麼有興趣？！多種麵包也加入麥！有益健康！我食量不算大，還是買半個大麵包便足夠。Fruit Passion Rye $28~half這半個麵包動輒 $28！認真貴！ 半個麵包拿上手也幾重！混合了多種穀麥，包括：提子乾、橙皮、合核、多種穀麥帶出嚼勁！ 充滿麥香！包質密度高！纖維豐富而且層次十足！內外兼備！

Often I don't want to go out for dinner and I don't want to cook. I like pre-made takeaway meal.
